The room was very clean. The bathroom door could not be closed. It needed to be taken down and planed. The lady at the desk was not overly friendly. If she had just said "Thank You" or other polite finish after we had checked in, there would be higher marks.

We had a good stay and slept very well. The room was nice and we were comfortable. It is a little loud with road noise and it would have been nice to have a fridge or at least a working ice machine in the property but that was not a big deal and we were told about it before checking in. We asked for an extra blanket since it was going to be cold and the heat was not yet turned on in the hotel. The front desk was extremely nice and offered to allow us to use their office refrigerator if we needed to. We did not but we appreciated it.

Functional hotel. Not all rooms have a mini-fridge. I had to request one. I had booked because I hoped to have a swim, but the pool was being repaired and was unavailable. The beds were firm. There were not instructions for the TV. Kind of run down. Seemed expensive for the experience there.

Overall, this was a good convenient place to stay. Unfortunately, I was informed as I was checking in that the hot water wasn’t working and most likely wouldn’t be until after I check out. Definitely not ideal after being on the road for 12 hours with another 10 hours to go before I reach my destination. The staff was super apologetic and friendly and offered to cancel my reservation free of charge but I already paid in full and was arriving late and didn’t want to try to find another place this late as my daughter and I were already exhausted. Clean property and room!

Rooms were very clean and staff were very friendly. The only thing keeping it from a 5 star is the cooling system. There was no way to turn it down or up, so you were either freezing or hot.
