Don’t step anywhere without shoes.

This room was a disaster. Carpet was unfit for a hotel and I want a refund. I have spent over 100k in hotels in my life and this one ranks in the bottom 5 ever. Asked the front desk about the room and just gave me a standard reply that they are looking to find someone to clean the carpets. I called a couple professional cleaning service in Twin Falls and they could service a big area within 3 days. Paid over 160 for this pit and had no choice as we were tired and wanted to sleep. The hotel.com company needs to remove this dirtbag hotel from their listing. I expect contact about this. Mike T.

Need updates badly

This hotel is pretty rough - the staff are friendly but it really needs an upgrade - carpets are stained and gross in elevator / hallways and rooms. Furniture and carpet in room need to be replaced

The staff could’ve been friendlier they seemed annoyed. The hallways and room had a strong smell of tobacco. The carpets in the hallway and room were very dirty/ stained. We reserved the room on the road and did not add the option to cancel plus we were already tired from the long ride, so we had to stay there.

Check in staff was kind. Loved the location - absolute prime spot. Close to major shopping and restaurants and a quick couple minute walk to the canyon rim. Unfortunately, we won’t be staying there again. Room was terrible and SO dirty. AC was incredibly loud, sink wouldn’t drain, carpet was disgusting complete with a used Q-tip, and the pullout was unusable as it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years and was stained yellow. The breakfast was decent, pool was very small and shallow. Staff was completely useless in getting any help or info about the area. Overall, disappointing and we would not choose to stay here again.

Staff was very friendly but hotel is very dirty and smells. There was cold water after one person showered so my kids weren’t able to bathe. My kids loved the pool and it was the perfect depth for them (deepest being 4 ft). We went down for breakfast but was too chaotic so ended up going to McDonald’s across the street! Not a terrible stay overall, just not what I was expecting.

Door keycards didn’t work repeatedly. Our room was located in a different building than the front desk and making multiple trips to get working keys was very inconvenient. The room smelled of heavy smoke, the bed linens and carpet was dirty and the walls are thin- very noisy.

Ask to stay in Bldg A, Bldg B has an odd smell and our room was not clean. Huge stain on the floor by the door. We did ask for another room after seeing our first room. Katlyn at the front desk was able to provide us a much nicer room. For $160+ a night and the word “Quality” in the name of the business, we expected more.

They claimed that all the rooms in the main building were taken (they were not), and put us in the secondary building with no elevator, and right next to a smoking room. Our bedding has brown and red stains as well as bleach stains on the comforter, and the coffee maker is broken.

Check in was easy. Typical hotel room. Beds were comfortable. Room had water stained carpet and mold in the bathroom. The pool was small but fun for kids. The hot tub jets didn’t work. The elevator was scary—the floor was littered and dirty and it paused for a long time before the door opened. We decided to take the stairs. Breakfast had a good variety of options.

From the exterior, the property looked well maintained. However, the dumpster near both Building A & B was disgusting and the smell wafted near the entrances. The carpets inside the room and throughout the building was old, ragged, and stained. The beds were creaky and uncomfortable, the sheets were scratchy, and the bathroom floor and tub had red mold. The entire building needs a renovation. For $167 a night, the "Quality" Inn was a complete dump. Will never stay at another Quality Inn again.
