The facility smelt dirty. The bed was uncomfortable and had to ask for bedding for the pull out couch when reservation said we would have 2 adults and 1 child.

Our keys stopped working and we had to go down the desk twice to get them “fixed”. Both people we talked to were not very friendly, not eye contact and not happy they were having to deal with anything, how hard is it to be friendly?

Front desk (female) staff during our stay was not inviting, looked annoyed to be there. Also very rude at the pool, saying we couldn’t have a speaker for music, even though it was not inappropriate and we made sure others at the pool were okay with it…. Not polite at all, very rude.

We were in the "B" building, and the rugs were disgusting! Time to replace them. If I posted a picture, I'm sure people would have second thoughts about staying there. It is a "first impression" item. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Slept well. Also, the hotel is convinient to hikes along the river, restaurants, and stores.
