Property and staff are great… but Orbitz showed a 50$ per fee.. actual pet fee is 75$ … so a bit disappointed in the information Orbitz provided.

Due to COVID, you have to request housekeeping to refresh your room, which is fine, however after the second night we requested fresh towels and the beds be made up, and it never happened. Also, both times we went to the pool we had to request the towels be restocked. Generally though, the stay was fine and it is just another hotel.

Very spacious room with very comfortable beds. Great free breakfast, indoor pool and hot tub. Loved that there are baggage carts available for guest use right by the entrance!

We were assigned a room on the first floor which we did not want. We always prefer the top floor to avoid overhead noises. We were told one was not available although we checked in quite early, around 5 pm. We were also given a handicap room which was not requested. We asked about closed captioning on the television but gal at front desk said she didn't know why we couldn't get it nor could help. There was no other staff person but the front desk gal so my husband couldn't watch television due to his hearing loss. A handicapped room should certain provide this one small detail.

The hotel was convenient to reach; very nice overall.

I liked that it was close to everything. They had a hard time keeping up with towels for everyone.

Nice place to stay, about what you would expect from HI

Our room wasn’t clean when we checked in at 4 pm They only had one cleaning person becuz one called in sick We ended taking a room with 2 queen beds instead of the king bed we had reserved The lady at the front was very friendly but very rattled with everyone trying to check in

Nice hotel the only complaint is the door on side of hotel did not lock on could not lock

The staff were all wearing protective masks. They were friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The whole hotrl was very clean
