I have always found HI to have clean properties and I wasn't disappointed this time. And the staff was superb. Friendly and helpful. And a good breakfast. Will stay there again if the occasion arises.

It was clean and had lots of Christmas decorations.

No complaints. Had the best sack breakfast from the hotels I stayed at, for the week.

Everything was perfect except a guest was screaming down the hall in the middle of the night.

Cheerios in the pull out couch and linens not changed on it prior to arrival. Didn’t make me feel too confident about cleanliness standards especially during pandemic..... Glad we brought our own Clorox wipes. We asked for extra linens so we could change the couch ourselves. They did not have any additional fitted sheets for us. Also I Love the”extra” bedding in the closet looked Like it had just been wadded up and put back in there after previous use.

The food was all laid out on a table for guests to sift through (though each item was individually packaged) and nearly none of the guests were wearing masks. Under regular conditions, this hotel would be very good, it was just disappointing the staff was not taking the necessary precautions given the circumstances.

Hotel is great for the price but customer service is average.

We stayed for a night on our way back from Yellowstone. It was very convenient clean and a pleasant stay. Added bonus was a visit to Shoshone Falls just 10mins drive from the hotel. Overall very good stay!!

TV did not work. No instructions on how to connect to Disc TV. Although the staff did offer to come to room it was late and did not feel like having someone come to room after I was already in bed.

Really good hotel in twin falls,we had a good time there.

Hotel is nice and clean but has the loudest A/C unit I have ever experienced!

We have taken a lot of precaution to make sure that you are safe. Starting my verifying that our cleaning chemicals kill the virus. We have adapted a no-contact check in and out policy by not touching your ID, credit card or having you sign a registration card. We have shields up at the front desk. Our breakfast host stands by all the food to stop people from touching it. We have a policy that any staff member that has a fever can not return until they have been fever free for 24 hours. We have masks and we do wear them, but we are also being yelled at for wearing them and it does cause a lot of unease as people think we are sick.
