This dump cost nearly $300 per night. I booked it for my daughter. When she arrived, there were unsavory characters hanging out around her room. She left because she felt unsafe.

Very old and disgusting beds, the whole room was very old and disgusting, smelled like you were in a bottle of PineSol. Terrible experience, Orbitz should refund money, slept on top of the bed in my clothes.

The door to the building required your room key to open but did not auto close resulting in people coming in and out yelling screaming 2am this is still going on. The place

The building, parking lot, grounds, hallways, stairs, rooms and everything in them were extremely dirty, with trash all over, and many filthy items in the rooms (shower curtain, window curtains, surfaces, etc. Unsafe electrical systems, bath fan removed and wires exposed, bath sink wouldn't drain, smells in room were disgusting.

Seemed to be a place for local drug addicts to hang out and get rooms to party and be the dirty people they are. All plates in parking lot were local plates. Visible drug activity in parking lot.

I would never stay there again . There was nothing good to say about my experience there.

Needs painted and in process of remodling, should be closed until repsirs are made

I booked this hotel room as I was passing through Idaho on a road trip. When I arrived, the entrance was locked and I had to speak with the clerk through a sliding window before being let into a lobby piled with boxes, and 3 employees 1 child without masks on - two safety concerns. Although my credit card was charged in advance for the stay, the hotel claimed they have never heard of Orbitz, did not have a vacancy, and I was turned away. The building and property were in poor condition, including heavily damaged siding and garbage/furniture debris filling several parking spaces. I called customer service, and was able to speak to an agent and get a refund for the booking.

There were bedbugs, cockroaches and blood on the sheets! This place is a public health hazard and I reported them to the health department. They should NOT be renting rooms in the current condition. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

It was dirty, had wall switches and receptacles hanging by their wires, bathtub didn't drain filled while taking shower, broken floor tiles, holes in the walls and more.

i was dirty and not safe there was police and dogs arresting people it was terrible

Most disgusting hotel I ever stayed at. Bedbugs everywhere. Avoid at all costs.

1st when we got to the hotel the AC was not working. Had to switch some switch to get it working. Didnt have a tv remote. Carpets were filthy. Then the toilet didnt work. Had them fix it while we were out came back to toilet spillage all over the bathroom and the toilet still not working. Man at front desk acted like it was our job to clean it up. Asked to be switched room, wouldnt give us a different room. He then came up to fix the toilet and cleaned the floor. Room was run down stains on the floor everywhere.

Dirty, hot, and no maintenance done to keep it up. The gal at the front desk was extremely friendly but this hotel needs some help

When I arrived at the hotel there was two people smoking at the entrance...there is a sign clearly stating NO SMOKING. I had to politely ask them to not smoke near my van since I carry oxygen. Once entering the office I got my room keys and everything there was courteous and timely. We parked the van halfway down the front of the building since it was closest to our room. When I keyed into my room...it was already booked with someone else...and they have been there a month! We went to the office together and cleared up the confusion...which in my opinion should have never happened...and I couldn't apologize enough to the lady of which I opened the door to her room. Once I was able to get into a room that was only occupied by me, I went to turn on the A/C there wasn't air or power for that matter coming from the unit...tried calling the office...apparently the phones don't work...so I had to go back to the office to get told the switch in on the wall...by the bed...which for my room was by the couch. Once I got the A/C going and we were in our room...everything for the first night was fine but the hallway could be better lit. It was really dark in front of our room...there was loose wires by our door where a light fixture had once hung. Upon leaving I let a couple ladies know that the office chair needed dusting...it was obviously not done...in a long time...and the door handle on the bathroom was loose...needed tightened but a Phillips head screwdriver..if only I had one!

1st room no remote and tv was black and white. got a different room, upon opening the door all I smelt was weed turned the a/c on to find out the filter was completely plugged with dust bunnies and a plastic bag taped around the smoke detector. I looked down at the pool from my room and the pool says shilo inn. I thought these were nice motels?
