Street noise was very loud, even up on the 4th floor. Clerk at checkout was very rude. I paid for the room upon arrival at the hotel. The clerk told me I could not have a receipt since I had paid on line. I explained that I did not pay on line but only made my reservation on line. This went on for several minutes before she finally gave me a receipt.
The shower head was too high for us. Linens on bed > whatever was uesed to launder them was way too toxic for my skin. My facial cheeks were red the whole time we were there. Note: we were in Idaho in December...stayed at another hotel close to this one. The pillowcases did not make my face red.
Everything was perfect!
Got charged $250 smoking fe because they found empty pack of sigaretts, manager Ericka unprofessional and very rude person, asked her to email me a pictures of the ashes in the room and never got it.
I have mixed feelings about my stay. I called the hotel directly weeks before my stay to request adjoining rooms because I was traveling with my husband and 5 kids. I arrive to the hotel and they tell me the can’t accommodate my request but we able to get me rooms in the same floor. Eventually they were able to get them across the hall, but instead of 2 queens one room has a king and a fold out bed (and when are those EVER comfortable?). They told me to come back the next day and maybe they can find me adjoining rooms but then I’d have to check out of both rooms, recheck in once the new rooms had been cleaned- since we were traveling and not going to be at the hotel during that time (3pm ish) we opted to stay put. Breakfast was decent but if you aren’t there in the first 2 hours there’s no waffles, no yogurt, no milk, no forks. My room had crumbs all over the counter and paper towels. WiFi is supposedly free unless you want reliable fast internet- then it’s $5 a day. We got locked out of the hotel the second night because they deactivated our keys to give us replacements - my husband had to walk all the way around the hotel in the middle of the night to let me and my kids inside. Overall the facility is nice, the staff is nice, pool is nice... it just wasn’t a restful stay.
So clean and so comfortable and close to everything
The bed was so comfy and breakfast was great! Staff was so nice. This was a really clean hotel.
Great location for events at Ford amphitheater , and FORD ARENA! Keep up The great work. QUALITY IS JOB 1.
Clean and friendly staff. Unfortunately we were in town for an event and didn't get to try their breakfast since we had late event nights and breakfast ended at 10am, next time we hope to enjoy the hotel a little more. Overall awesome experience!
Very nice, helpful staff. Beds are comfy and breakfast has a great selection.
Just an over nighter. Good location. Free breakfast was sub par. Would stay again.
Stayed three nights ..... during ERA Rodeo. Awesome staff, excellent FREE breakfast. Walking distance to Ford Stadium. Easy access off Hwy 84... plenty of places to eat nearby. Great staff.
The hotel and staff were wonderful! My only wish would have been to have a microwave and fridge for snacks :) the place was great!
I've stayed in a few Hamptons over the years, and this is the nicest, cleanest one yet.
All was great except for a concert next door that was loud and carried on till the early hours of the morning. I would recommend checking with motel about concerts on the nights you want to stay there. Was a little surprised motel didn't offer some sort of compensation for the inconvenience.
The staff was very kind and respectful and warm. Beds are awesome! Breakfast is great as well!
Had a pleasant experience, however, the beds were slightly lumpy. Overall, it was a decent hotel.
This is a great hotel! We always feel welcome and comfortable.
