I’ve stayed at this hotel four times now and each has been a positive experience. The check in staff is always pleasant and will try their best to accommodate a specific room request. The rooms are exceptionally clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is on the average side, but does the job just fine. There are almost unlimited restaurant options very close by, as well as shopping and fuel stations. Given the reasonable rates, cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenience, this is a very good value. I make an annual trip up to Kalispell, MT. to see family and Twin Falls is the half way point of the trip. The SureStay by Best Western will continue to be my go-to choice.

We stayed twice at this hotel. The first time we heard road noise so the second time we requested a room away from the road. It was much better! The breakfast would good and well stocked. We walked to the Mexican restaurant next door and it was good. It does not have an elevator.

Reasonable rates and a good stay for travelers

Front desk service was great. Room was clean and comfortable but we didn’t like that the bathroom sink was in the bedroom. Small fridge & microwave were a nice bonus. The Mexican restaurant, La Fiesta, next door was nice. Good food and 10% discount if you show your hotel key. The breakfast was ok, waffles & sausage were good, coffee was not very good. Overall reasonably priced for what it offers.
