The room was not clean there was an old baby bottle in the room that was picked up by the child staying in the room and attempted to drink out of it and in addition the bedding on one of the beds was not clean either. When addressed at the front desk my family was treated with disrespect regarding the situation.

The check in staff was wonderful. I originally put 5 stars because that was the question. But when it asked for feedback, the question changed to an overall rating. Thats not cool. The overall stay was not 5 stars. After a long 9 hour drive, we arrived around 1 am and there was a bottle cap and questional white powder in a paper wrap under the mattress of one bed, there were lucky charms and blueberry muffin crumbs all in the sofa bed. There was a fry under/behind the sofa bed. There was a baggy with apple cores? In the fridge door and also some green cup on a stick thing... it was gross and the last thing we wanted to deal with in the middle of the night. The checkin person was very apologetic and fgot us a new room immediately, but it still made the overall experience poor. The lady that made the continental breakfast did an amazing job. We dis not use any amenties this go around.
