Dirty and broken This is enough. Nothing works. Dirty and broken bathroom and old and dirty bedding.
We stayed at this before flying home from our vacation. I would have loved to stay longer!
One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff was on point from checking in and giving us our room early to checking out quickly. Staff always made sure we had everything and accommodated us whenever we needed anything. Olivette is no longer there; they were doing construction on it so we had lunch at the Manor House which was lovely but the waiter was very unattentive and didn't even know that the dessert menu was print separately from the actual menu. Our meal was very good and the restaurant is stunning despite the poor service. The grounds are beautiful. There are 3 pools on the property and we chose the one with the slide it was completely crowded and the seating areas were not very clean we had to clean the area ourselves but they do have umbrellas and freshly laundered towels. There is a bar/grill there for people who want to grab a quick bite or drinks. The trails and views for the hotel were amazing and easily accessible from the 1st floor. We decided to go to uptown park for some dinner and drinks and the hotel staff arranged the shuttle to take us so we would not have to uber note that the shuttle service closes at 11 p.m. and we did have to end up ubering it back but it didn't cost very much. The bathrooms are a little tight and a little outdated but the shower is nice and the bath products are l'occitane. All in all it was a wonderful experience and a great staycation one that I will most likely repeat again.
They charge you $15 automatically for the amenities. They let you know that, but I had a friend that didn’t book through orbitz and he wasn’t charged that. Also check in is 4, again fine but don’t knock on my door at 9:30 to see if I checked out yet. Check out is 11. You have plenty of time to clean the rooms.
