The rooms felt clean, staff friendly and location was great. The AC screeched when going on and rattled the whole time running which made for a tough nights sleep, no elevator, and the black film on hot tub felt questionable.

The room was really nice, very clean. Natalie at the desk was really friendly and helpful. The view of Portage lake was quite charming. The pool and spa are clean and have a great view. Some of the decor is dated, but everything is in excellent condition.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hancock MI Ramada Inn. It’s located right on the water and just a short walk from Takka Sauna which we took advantage of. It was cold and rainy so we weren’t able to enjoy the waterfront, but can see this being a big bonus in warmer weather. The property is dated but well maintained and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
