Good Location,Good Service,Nice hotle. Front desk Mr Eddie very helpful & nice,he gave me very good dinner suggestion,Big room & cleaning, swimming pool is very nice, have a shuttle bus to Causeway bay.

Came for a staycation with the family. Opted for a club room. The hotel itself is new and modern with conveniences throughout (electronic blackout curtains, usb charging ports, etc). Layout is a bit inconvenient as there are 3 different buildings and things are on different levels, but not too bad. Very nice pool (3 pools actually) for playing in, including little slides and water pump sprays that many kids seemed to enjoy. Snacks and drinks in the club lounge are as expected. Not sure why, but when we're stayed, lounge breakfast was closed, so we were given breakfast at their main breakfast buffet which was a nice surprise. Huge selection of different items and fairly good quality. Only a short escalator and bridge from the main entrance of Ocean Park, so super convenient. Overnight parking at the OP lot for a fee (HK$200 when we stayed) is not too bad. Overall, good stay.

Hotel conveniently located, next to MTR exit and the Ocean Park. Just opened in March this year. Been there twice already for relaxation. Enjoyed Club facilities. Nice rooms and suites with swimming pools for adults and children. Excellent restaurants serving Chinese specialties and Western buffet. Staff courteous and helpful. Ideal place of stay for family vacation.

We purchased Ocean Park Experience package and got room upgraded. The club room was very spacious and clean. Amenities were sufficient. Staff was helpful and responded to our needs very quickly. We also tried their restaurant- Prohibition. Very tasty and good service. Love the selection of cocktails.

First time visiting this hotel. Rather new, 6 month operating and you can feel it in the service. But as a frequent traveller you can compare with other places, and definitely they are moving in the right direction. The hotel is divided in 3 towers, where the 1st is the front desk and most crowded one, 2nd one is the “M club” and 3rd believe should be something similar to tower 1. We were 2 adults and 1 kid, so I requested a double bed room. The room was neat and clean and daily house keeping was properly done, despite of the full house! Definitely not the time to be in a quiet retreat. Chinese citizens kept their rooms door wide open and multiples families started to interact making the floor hall a community space. Why to call room to room if you can just shout? Well they do things simple and for sure save in phone fees! I have been living in China for the last 10 years, so no surprises. Anyway, despite of the noise, (not sure about the M Club tower, but believe it was the same thing from what I saw at the club lounge) the hotel works just fine and if you are planning to attend the Ocean Park amusement park, it’s definitely the place to stay. With a subway MTR station just meters away from the hotel you are connected to whole HK. The restaurants were OK. Despite of being at full capacity, the management worked out to provide a decent service. I do have a complaint for the poolbar food menu. Very poor selection and extremely expensive. Plus lack of service. Well... the latter I can understand that all your available hotel service workers were reallocated at the flooded restaurants...indeed! The sad part was that recurrent demonstrations are basically destroying the Hong Kong appeal. What was a beautiful and blooming place, today is immerse in a totally polarised society were safety has become a concern. MTR safety is an issue as well as some parts of the city. I love HK and hope to give it a chance again some time soon. But won’t recommend for a family trip nowadays.....

We are extremely appreciative for the wonderful customer service provided for us during the start to the nearing end of our stay here at the Marriott hong Kong Ocean Park Hotel. The willingness of the front office manager Mr Juergen Chong to help us organise our room to facilitate the elderly and disabled is conveyed to us as a grateful matter. He went over and beyond his role to book us a dinner and lunch due to the full booking in order to improve the comfort of our stay. Every other staff including housekeepers had nice manners that attended to all our needs. Extremely recommend this Hotel!

During my anniversary and Hotel told me that my package were free upgraded. Wow.. super nice room with great view, modern decoration, very good services and full of love! All staffs are helpful and smile for everyone. Highly recommended!

Very nice pool with a very nice bar staff Bernard. Had a great time and relax afternoon, with sunshine. I stayed here with family. Kids loves the pool. My wife also enjoyed the time a lot. Especially with hotel promotion, including packages for hotel plus breakfast and tickets to Ocean Park.

Visited last ferbruary - tooked a while to review. Great location if you plan to visit Ocean Park. A decent new hotel. Rooms are clean, furnitures and amenities are up to date. It's a minute walk to the theme park and very close to MTR station. Staff are friendly and helpful.
