Nice hotel located in a quiet part of town, but close enough to public transportation

Very good location, 5 minutes to Causeway Bay and 10 minutes to Times Square. The room is TINY, and there is limited amenities. Good if you are traveling alone or don't plan to spend a lot of time in the room.

Staff friendly and helpful. A small walk to causeway bay station

it was a good hotel, but hard to get too. And the last night, the hotel lost all water!! no shower, at least the toilet worked. The rooms were a bit small, but ok for HK. could have been much worse. The staff was great though!!

stayed there for one night in January. Location is excellent right in causway bay. Close to Malls, but is 10 minnutes away from closest Metro station. did not use hotel facilites. Staff were helpful. Only issue was the elevator. Not enough of them for a hotel this size

It is not easy to find a hotel with reasonable price at a good location. The staff are very friendly and professional. Their breakfast is not that great, not many choices. Lunch buffet is the same. But their prices are lower than the more expensive hotels nearby.

The internet was very bad. You had to stand be the door in order to get reception. plus the internet is on and off not consistent.

The size of the rooms are comparable with other HK hotels. Rosedale rooms were very clean and include a safe. I stayed here during all my visits because the location was ideal. There are many little restaurants within walking distance in one direction and shopping centers in the other direction. Subway is a short distance away, but many buses are available within one block of the hotel.

Location was wonderful. I wanted to see the starry night since I was staying there for only a night during my business trips to China. I just wish the price was a little cheaper.

Room is small but adequate, very clean and all staff were very friendly and courteous. Position is excellent being close to Causeway Bay shopping district,Victoria Park, buses and trams. MTR is about 400m walk away.Unless you intend to spend a lot of time in your hotel room, this hotel is ideal.

Likes: Prompt Check In, good room service; great cable and Internet connections; nearby restuarants and shops; easy to fetch taxi; helpful conierage;accomodating staff. I needed to check out a few minutes late and they did not charge me a room. Dislikes:small beds, so-so view (not like Internet pictures); small gym; expensive breakfast ($16 per person); crowded restuarant; did not change bed sheets all week I was there. The room is overall small.

Rooms were very small. Had to ask for face towels daily.Only placed one per day and there was two of use in the room. The room smelled very moldy.

Gracious staff, sometimes it took a few tries to understand their English, but all-in-all, no real problems there. Very central location, adjacent to tram stops and about 4 blocks from MTR station. Breakfast cost us about $7 US each and had anything one could ask for. Room was nicely appointed, small (as most are in this city) but not claustrophobic. I would definitely stay here again and have no hesitations recommending it to others.

I went to Hong Kong just to visit my friends and shop, the reason I chose the area was mainly because it was closer to where my friends live. I would say that the hotel was quite clean, the rooms were standard. I did not have any problems with that. However, the housekeeping maids kept coming to bang on my door at very early hours to make the room. They did a good job, but it was way to early to appreciate all of that. Location wise, if you want to stay close to causeway bay then I guess it's fine but you do have to walk a little bit and over an bypass. I would probably rethink the location again for my next visit.

Good choice since we were going to Ocean Park and the traffic through the tunnels is murder. This hotel was on the right side of town to get there most easily by car since there's no metro out there. Overall service at the hotel was good. Tough to get a cab (Hong Kong wide in a lot of places) but the bell boys were really good about finding us one.

Hotel located in middle of alley, surrounded by old local apartment buildings. Very different from pictures posted on websites. Rooms were small and crampy, don't have enough space for luggages. Queen size bed took up 85% of space. Friendly staffs. Location is a five minutes walk from MTR stations and shopping areas. Good, if you just need a place to sleep and if you're out most of the time. Room and bathroom are clean enough. Free internet.

Stayed here for 2 weeks in november 2009. It was a very good experience mostly. The location is on a corner of Victoria Park. The place is always very clean and the staff is excellent. I had a standard room with double bed, and it suited my needs in regards to size and comfort. It has 2 resturants and a parking level. There is always someone at the hotel lobby it seems to open the door for you. Your room key card is needed to use the elevator going up from the lobby but not needed going down from your room. Plenty of room amenities like a clothes iron, ironing board, drinks, snacks, lotions, toothbrush, shampoo, slippers, robes, broadband connection, free in-room wifi, safe, etc.. Some things that are not too good: Very expensive laundry service. If you are going to stay there a while then you might want to consider finding a local cleaner. On sundays the park is the gathering point for almost all the foreign servants who have the day off and it isn't unusual to find mass chaos in the areas in and around the park. I also had one problem with the bathtub drainage, the drain pipe and the sink and the bathtub all share the same pipe so after letting out the bath water it flooded out out onto the bathroom floor. Housekeeping quickly responded and cleaned everything up and the problem didn't happen again. Also the sound of running water from nearby rooms is very loud.

They advertise the rooms are 220 sq feet. That must include the bathroom, entry and closet and there must be something else. The actual bed room was less than 11/ft by 12/ft. There was no room for a comfortable chair. One bed was against the wall. One had to sit on the bed to watch TV or read etc. We tried to cut our stay to three nights but they refused to credit us with the last two nights. We felt so crowded we went to another hotel for our last two nights in China knowing we were being charged for the fourth and fifth nite of our reservation. There ad is very misleading. Also we checked in at 3:00PM but had to wait one and one half hours for our room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

location was difficult to find, the rooms were really small compared to my other coworkers, which were cheaper and larger.
