Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong5.0 out of 5.0

I went there with my girlfriend (that is now my fiance) for initially a surprise staycation for our relationship anniversary but the real big surprise was a marriage proposal (she also posted some pictures separately). Everything was just perfect, the staff, the room, the service, the restaurants, the pool etc. I would like particularly to thank Karly for helping me in the different bookings/orders and surprises (room decoration while we had dinner, champagne, upgrade etc.) Loic for the perfect service and dinner in Caprice, Saurabh and Frost for making our brunch more enjoyable Our stay in the hotel is unforgettable and we will definitely come back in the future.
Hotel is fantastic, but the service is phenomenal. We were picked up at airport at 11pm. Too much luggage for our car. No problem. Additional car was there immediately. Greeters at airport were professional and curteous. Reception was very personal also.
I know Hong Kong is noted for its many spectacular hotels, many with astounding levels of service and attention. That said, I cannot imagine that there is a better hotel in Hong Kong. Centrally located near the Central Pier and within walking distance of the bustle of Central, the Four Seasons is a beautiful property that offers an oasis in the City. The pool is unreal, the service is amazing, the rooms are predictably fantastic, and the many dining options are all too-notch. Breakfast was the best we had in a three week holiday. I have scoured my brain for constructive feedback for improvement, and I came up empty. This is a great choice, if it fits your budget.
It is a beautiful hotel very well located in the heart of hongkong. The swimming pool and spa are incredible. They greatly under utilize the bar/lounge area next to the pool by closing it early in the evening but it is great to hang out during the day
We stayed for 2 nights after getting off a red eye from Boston. We were delighted to find out that our room was made immediately available to us upon our arrival at 5am. We stayed on the club floor and it was well worth the upgrade, the breakfast buffet was wonderful with drop dead views across Hong Kong. we also had a dim sum (yum cha) lunch at Lung King Heen which was amazing and I would highly recommend. The pool area was also extremely well kept with plenty of sun beds and amazing views across Hong Kong Harbour from the infinity pool. The rooms are beautiful nd the service is exceptional. I am super picky and there is nothing I could fault.
Perfect rooms; high level of the restaurant inside; top of courtesy of management and maximum pleasure in daily room food gift; I celebrated My birthday there ..I found in My room everything to have a memory date! Excellent spatique
I've stayed at the Four Seasons in HK a couple of times now and I really can't stress enough just how spectacular it is. The level of attention they give to every aspect of your stay is remarkable and I've yet to know anyone who stayed there who didn't agree it's the best hotel they've ever visited. Obviously, the price can be a challenge depending on when you're going there, but I would struggle to say it wasn't worth it. Well done!
We enjoyed staying in fourseasons hotel in HK. This hotel has a beautiful view and nice pool. And the most impressive point is chinese restaurant The Lung King Heen! It is amasing!! I reccomend you visit. i think hotel's stuffs are very kind and polite. we want to visit again.
Sometimes I don't know why I bother reviewing a hotel like this. Everybody else has said its amazing. They are right it is. There is nothing I can say that is new. Unsurprisingly Four Seasons has done it again. The rooms are beautiful, the food is incredible, the service is immaculate in every way, the airport transfers are unbelievable, the gym is inspiring, the pool is quite breathtaking and the location couldn't be any better. The only thing to be aware of is the price tag. Compared to its contemporaries the Four Seasons is exceptionally competitive, but in a post-Brexit vote era with the £ suffering against the HKD a meal at Le Caprice has eye-watering connotations. However, was it worth it? Yes, yes, yes, yes. Breakfast a the buffet in the Blue Bar will forever live in my memory for the quality and quantity of food available. Nothing to criticise - how annoyingly perfect they are! And the beds, oh the beds....!!!
I enjoyed staying at this beautiful hotel. Especially I like beautiful pool and nice politeness staff survice (concierge survice). Actually I asked Guest Experience Supervisor "Mr. Stephen Chui" for room decoration as my girl friend's suprise birthday event, And He (Mr Stepehn Chui) arranged perfect decorattion of our room!! Ans it leads our taying at this hotel must be a memorable day!!!! If you had plan to supecial room decoration for your some special event, you have to ask the man "Mr Stepen" I definitely promise your event must be GREAT one! And If you stay this beautiful hotel, you have to take your favorite swimsuit. This pool must be nice. Thie pool has super view as Hong Kong Metropolitan view and clean pool. Why not choose this hotel, everybody! Let's Go!
