There is nothing more to say other than that this is one of the best hotels my wife and I have ever stayed at. Food excellent! Spa…top notch! Service beyond reproach. Great location in Central. While I speak Cantonese, my wife does not and communication was not an issue. Everything down to the last detail was first rate.

Late post - stayed from 16-26 September 2025. Most impressed with the service, my husband contacted the hotel before we checked in to inform we were celebrating our wedding anniversary during the stay and we had a pleasant surprise when they sent up a bottle of wine and a dessert with a card. We had to extend our stay due to the typhoon and we really appreciated Staff Aki from the front desk. He personally accompanied us to the room on the first day and one of the days when there was limited deliveries for food due to the weather, he helped us to order the food personally as we had issues with the app and we gave him the money when he brought it up to our room. We truly appreciate that he went the extra mile to provide good service to hotel guests. We really enjoyed the stay - room is great and the bathroom is spacious, housekeeping did a wonderful job when we requested for amenities and cleaning up. Hotel is linked to IFC mall which is convenient for us too. Would definitely recommend. 💕

I have stayed there a few times, and it remained a top-tier five-star hotel in Hong Kong. Love the attentive and professional service provided by the staff at front desk, bell service, housekeeping, and at the Club Lounge. I would like to extend my great appreciation to Christina and Dennis at the Club Lounge for their exceptional service to ascertain my stay being enjoyable. Food and drink selection at the Club Lounge is very nice!
