Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong5.0 out of 5.0

Hong Kong Harbour is a terrific sight. In my view you cannot do better than to soak it in from one of the Four Season's excellent rooms. Spacious, well equipped, and a terrific bathroom make it a really first class experience while you are in the room. But the staff throughout the hotel are remarkable. From reception to pool staff, everyone we met went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Staggeringly, the number who knew our name on a second visit was amazing. For example, the guy who hands you the pool towel greets you by name. By Day 2, the breakfast staff knew us by name, what we were planning for the day, what our coffee choices were. They must have some kind of mind-reading technologyor something. If they don't, the staff selection and training is phenomonal. Their interest in, and little gifts and notes for, our 8 year old made her time so much happier. There are loads of little extras that just happen to make the experience just that "little bit more" than we have experienced in other hotels. We thought Six Senses had it nailed (in another country), but these guys I think even pip that. Not cheap by any means but definitely one of the best we have experienced. Big recommend from us.
We enjoy every time staying at Four Seasons hotel, with the best location, excellent services, high quality spa and world class food. This time, we specifically appreciate a staff called Vily, she provided the best services over our stay, she can always response to us promptly and treat the best to her customers.
From the prearrival emails to the concierge and spa to the final taxi ride back to the airport every aspect of our weeklong stay at this hotel was top notch. The location to the mall and trains was unparalleled. We ate at 3 venues within the hotel and utilized room service. Each restaurant offered lovely food, drinks and excellent service. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our family and were always willing to greet us with a smile. A truly wonderful experience!

Our family was enjoying a wonderful lunch at the cafe with lovely warm music. The food and service there is absolutely gorgeous. A staff name Matthew was super helpful with our kids. Truly a 5 star experience!
I travel a fair bit and by far this is my favourite hotel in the entire world. It is too long to list everything, but from restaurants to gym, from spa to pool, from concierge to room service, this is faultless. The amount of thoughts have been put into the service of this hotel is just simply incredible. The only downside is the price as it is not cheap but it is worth every dollar you spend. I used to stay at a few different hotels in HK but now this is my only choice. Every staff should be proud as this hotel simply is perfect.
This is my first post on tripadvisor and made an account just to rave about the Four Seasons Hong Kong. My SO and I spent a week at the Four Seasons towards the end of May 2019. It was an amazing experience from arrival where we were setup in an amazing harbor-front facing room on the 42nd floor. The room and amenities in the hotel were sublime (we checked out the outdoor pool, a must go due to its view of the harbor, and the fitness center on a daily basis). The lounge and blue bar had good breakfast spreads (highly recommend either to start your day). We also highly recommend the afternoon tea at the lounge. Location wise, you're in the heart of the city with easy access to the subway/taxi/airport express. What really made our stay special was the attentive care of Leslie Park, one of the guest experience supervisors. She took care of us the moment we arrived (setting us up in a higher floor and making sure we had everything we needed from our long overseas trip). A couple days into our trip, she even sent us a complimentary macaron and wine set which truly set the customer service at this hotel apart from others we've stayed at. Thank you so much to Leslie and the rest of the Four Seasons team! Well done and we'll be back soon!
Beautiful hotel with genuine and personalized service. Loved the pool area with an outstanding view over the bay and the bar inside the French restaurant Caprice. Great selection of wines and really tasty cocktails. Staff have been always very helpful and attentive to all our needs.
Very good Hotel and super service of the staff and management. Very clean and very centrally situated Restaurant Caprice was isn't worth going there and poorly delivering to it's reputation - overpriced and tasteless food - maybe the Chef should use some salt an pepper now and than.... overall poor combinations / not much/poor choice à la Carte. Lung King Heen on the contrary was of the highest excellence - very creative combinations - very tasteful all of them, very friendly and helpful staff - I highly recommend everyone to enjoy this excellent Restaurant for Dinner Lounge / business centre and Spa all very good and wonderful staff.
We went to Four Seasons to celebrate my birthday. Upon arrival, there was a warm welcome by the staff and the valet took good care of my car. The hotel always impresses me with a great vibe and attention to detail. My fiance booked Caprice for dinner and while usually, I'm not a big fan of French cuisine, the dinner was great and we especially enjoyed the staff explaining the menu and joking with us. Leon was telling us a lot about how the dishes were made, so it helped us make the right choices! We also went to the lounge for some cocktails and they were nicely presented with the night view of Hong Kong. It really reminds us how beautiful Hong Kong is! We will likely come back to the lounge for breakfast or lunch.
