We all know the Four Seasons is one of the best hotels in the world--- this hotel not only is one of the best, but the concierge I feel is the best! Mandy at the concierge helped not only acquire our train tickets by sending special courier to the train station to purchase for us, she also set up a car to drive us around and show us the sights, as well as contact our concierge in Guangzhou to ensure a seamless transit from the train station- again perfect english was spoken and the rooms were up to the standards expected at a four seasons..... the gym was the best of the trip as well! I will 100% be back
I have already stayed in this hotel some time ago, so I knew what to expect, but I still got a few surprises: 1.The concierge checks you in on the way to your room, so no lines nor waiting 2. An incredible upgrade to a suite in the 43th floor, which was around 50 sqm, and with an unbelievable bay view 3. Fresh fruits and chocolate in your room every day 4. Complimentary Nespresso coffee in the room! What else can I tell? The hotel has a great infinity pool and spa with jacuzzi, steam bath and sauna. The restaurants are top notch, the service is first class, the location is the best and the state of the building, even if not the newest, is still perfect. The only tiny little complain that I can think of involves the A/C unit. It is a little bit too loud for my taste. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Congratulations to the Four Seasons team!
We arrived in HK on a late flight from Japan and didn't reach hotel until close to midnight but nothing was to much trouble - we had an in suite check in which was done quickly. Our suite overlooked Victoria Harbour and Ferry Terminal on the HK Island. For years we have opted for the Kowloon side but decided to try the other side and we enjoyed ourselves at the end of a six week tour around Asia. All Staff of excellent quality and always smiling no matter what the problem was. Service excellent.
This hotel meets the high expectations you have when staying at the Four Seasons. Excellent hotel, staff and location. I stay at this hotel 1 to 2 times per year and it's always the same - excellent! The hotel staff are beyond helpful and always available to assist with anything you need.
The hotel brand speaks for itself. My 5-day stay at the Four Seasons HK was one of my best hotel experience. Top quality service. Tried both restaurant Caprice and Lung King Heen Excellent quality and service. Will definitely go back again and recommend to my friends.
This hotel was incredible. A beautiful location and everything you would expect in a luxury hotel. The care and attention of the staff to their service standards is very apparent. The staff was highly efficient and the Concierge was excellent. We could not fault this hotel.
Beautiful hotel, couldn't ask for anything more. Staying In a room with a harbour view. Lovely view for kowloon. Good sized room and bathroom and has everything just check the prices of the mini bar and snacks before you indulge. Can't comment on the food but there is a 3 star Michelin restaurant to try!
A delightful treat after some time in China. The staff could not do more to help and the standard of service is just impeccable. From allowing an early check in to the unprompted room upgrade our experience at Four Seasons Hong Kong was our best 5* experience yet. The views, the amenities, the pool, the service - all just fabulous. And thanks so much to the staff (Lisa and Mandy stand out) for making our short time away without children such a wonderful treat. We'll be back x
This has to be one of the best hotels in the world. The staff has amazing attention to detail, above anything I've experienced before. From the moment I entered the hotel until I left I felt like I was being carefully looked after. Overall I had an amazing experience and was completely satisfied will my stay.
I finished up a tour in China and booked the Four Seasons when my Hong Kong extension was cancelled. On top of that it was my birthday, so why not splurge. It was an impeccable visit from start to finish. My room has floor to ceiling views of the harbour that made even the poor weather a pleasure. I booked the food tour " In the footsteps of the Dragon" and learned about the formative culinary experiences of Chef Chan Yan Tak who personally said hello during my dinner. The staff left me champagne, birthday cards and a cupcake elegantly served in my room. Each day someone knocked at my door in case I needed anything. The weather wasn't bad enough to keep me away from the gorgeous outdoor pool and while I was snapping pictures, I realized a lovely young staff member was holding an umbrella over my head. It was perfect from start to finish. I have to especially thank Assistant Chief Concierge Clementine King for her warm professionalism and hospitality. Her thorough follow through assured a worthwhile, completely enjoyable and memorable first experience of Hong Kong. And I think that lovely young man at the pool's name was Leo.
