Conrad Hong Kong5.0 out of 5.0

The service was excellent. The rooms were quiet. The beds comfortable. The executive lounge welcoming with something to offer all through out the day. The rooms' furnishings are dated. There was too much furniture shoved into the working area of the room. One desk was supposed to offer different power sources, but mine did not work, so I had to get on hands and knees and hunt for a power plug. There was a hodge-podge of gadgets that had been added over the years. Most of these were from different eras, in different colors/materials, leaving the room feeling cluttered.
Stayed on a free night from Hilton Honors and was then upgraded to a suite so my experience was 5*. King bed with mountain view but sitting room had habour views. Bedroom was large with loads of space for luggage. Bathroom was spotless. Sitting room had double couch and large screen tv. The Exective Lounge on 59th floor has drinks from 1700 and a great view of habour and Kowloon. Breakfast is served here as well. Make sure you are a Hilton Honors member. Made our stay a night to remember If you are taking the Airport Express to Hong Kong station don't take the free shuttle from the station to the hotel. It is better to pay for a taxi then to spend 20 mins driving around in circles in a hot mini bus
A hotel like Conrad to delivery excellent service is kind of expected. However, I stayed in this hotel for almost 10 years and it never disappointed me once. With turn over of staff, the hotel maintain high and consistent level of service, which is not easy. You can feel the staff is always proactively offer service without being asked. Highly recommended
Pros All rooms are spacious, with flat-screen TVs and large working desks All rooms have marble bathrooms with deep soaking tubs, separate walk-in showers, and double vanities Most rooms have sweeping views of the city and/or harbor 4 gorgeous restaurants and two bars Heated outdoor pool Luxurious 24-hour fitness center Located on the higher level floors of an upscale shopping complex Cons No full spa (although massage services are available) Fee for Wi-Fi
The stay in Conrad was okay, but you may choose another one from many options in HK. Their room is clean and staffs are good too, but they have a quite small lobby and pool. If you want to enjoy real 'hotel stay' fully, you'd better find another one.
The only hotel at Pacific Place I had not been to and given that the other two were high quality, this one did not disappoint. Everything was perfect. The kids loved swimming in the night in the middle of the skyscrapers. I loved the proximity to some great food temples in Central and Wanchai.
I loved loved loved this place. I arrived on a Saturday morning quite early. Check in was prompt and I was lucky enough to have exec floor access and my room was ready and waiting. What separates this hotel from others is the staff, the service is first class. Views across the city and Kowloon are amazing. Breakfast is an extremely high quality (would you expect anything less?) The hotel also has access to pacific plaza shops and is very central. The only small thing I could comment on would be the gym is slightly small and was very full. I was there during a Typhoon though so a lot of places had shut down for the day so I think people had the same idea as me. As I say in a lot of my reviews the true test of a place is would I go back if I went back to HK Island? the answer with the Conrad is 100% yes and there is no need to look elsewhere ... thanks for a wonderful stay to all of the staff.
Excellent location and comfortable club lounge. I had stayed at the Conrad 10 years ago then began to stay at the Shangri La, after returning to the Conrad in July I will continue to stay they going forward. The staff are very pleasant, the location is convenient to all local attraction and the club lounge is quiet. I recommend this hotel and would highly advise staying in a club room.
stayed in many hotels in Hong Kong but cannot stop returning to the Conrad time and time and time again. A perfect balance of luxury and a relaxed feel. great staff, great service and a great location. recommend you stay at the Conrad Hong Kong! you will not regret it
We are regular Conrad customer but this is our first time staying at this beautiful property. Conrad is located at strategic district of Pacific Place - along with JW Marriott and Shangri-La. British Council, Hong Kong Park and Asia Society are just across the streets. Overall quality is very good; ideal for business environment. Pacific Place has connecting underground shopping malls, but prices are expectedly high. Overlooking Financial district, room size is larger than typical Conrad: there are double sinks, separate bathroom and restroom.
