Conrad Hong Kong

I stayed at the Conrad on business last week. Hotel is nice, location good. My experience was similar to what I read in another user's review, and sharing so future guests are aware. At check in, the receptionist offered me a free upgrade with club access -- great. I confirmed that the upgraded room had a king bed, but failed to ask about the view. Turns out the hotel switched me from the harbor view room I had selected online to a city view room next to the elevator. I suspect that it was smaller than my original pick as well (the layout was awkward and not all of the furniture seemed to fit). The room was fine and it was not noisy, but I was slightly annoyed with the switch. Make sure you ask about your view at reception!

Everything was spot on, great location. Good staff and the one meal we had was perfect. Did not have breakfast so can't comment. Pool and bar area were very good. All in all we would definitely return to the Conrad.

One of the better hotels of the Hilton chain. Service was excellent, room superb, food was great. As usual in the luxury brand hotels of Hilton, the staff made my stay. The only problem was it’s location - but that was my choice.

this was a brief but solid stay at the Conrad Hong Kong, which is ideal for the business traveller. The concierge helped me arrange cars, call an airline for a lost iPad (never found unfortunately), and was generally courteous and helpful for all my needs. And, of course as usual, the room was clean and well appointed with good views and comfortable beds. A favourite in Hong Kong!

Rooms are a bit on the old side but well maintained! I want to highlight that the staff on the executive floor or the lower lobby cafe always try to go the extra mile to satisfy you The staff are always nice and ready to satisfy your need Especially if you are a regular they DO remember you and your name, always a nice feeling. It is why this hotel is my preferred place in HK A note to the management, please do renovate your rooms

Great Service but the hotel is in a major need of a major renovation of the rooms and hallways. Very tired . Service and quality of the food very good. Great hospitality. It's been years since a renovation occurred and although hotel always has a high occupancy management should really consider renova

The hotel was extremely opulent and the room standard very high. Breakfast buffet a great blend of western and oriental food I found the staff very efficient but devoid of much empathy which led me to think of the experience as rather robotic The history of the British rule is thankfully still tangible and the preservation of the Banyan tree was important

Wow, where to start? We arrived to Hong Kong via a cruise that ended in the city. We did not have HKD to pay the taxi upon arrival and the greeting team told us that was no problem and that they would pay the fee and charge us back as well as look after the bags and get them delivered to our room. Once at the reception desk, we were escorted to the Executive Lounge to check in. When we got to the lounge, the young lady (Iris) who greeted us, insisted we eat some breakfast first and she would then join us to complete the check in process. When we did that, she also made a point to present us with a map and made some great suggestions on what we should see. We were there for three nights and the service was the finest we have experienced and we have stayed in many Hilton properties including, New York, London, Scotland, and Dubai to name a few. We cannot say enough nice things about our visit to the Conrad.

Prior to staying at hotel good communication and approach apart from spelling my name wrong - very efficient limousine service ordered and very impressed with how seamless the operation was from arrivals at airport to hotel. Check in good and appreciated being able to get to room earlier than normal check in - regrettably the room reeked of smoke and as too tired whilst offered a room change as I had already unpacked stayed where I was and the hotel took steps to freshen the room - it took almost 4 days before the smell was not so strong. Very good amenities in the room power supply being the only aspect that seemed to be relatively scarce - service to room twice daily and good. Was able to use the exec lounge and what is on offer excellent - team of people working there are helpful but not overly friendly but courteous - you are aware that the hotel is very big so whilst service is good the level of individualism does not appear possible. Location good

The Conrad has lovely rooms and nice service. It is in a good location for meetings, work and other activities. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. Service answers to be helpful and all times of the evening for the weary or jetlagged traveler.
