The property was about what you'd expect from a United States $60/night motel, but in a relatively nice building. The walls are too thin, and the double bed left nearly no space in the room. The double bed was also just two single beds smashed together. For some of the nights, I stayed in a single bed, and that offered a more workable layout. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Checking in and out was speedy. The single most annoying thing about the property is that many of the floors are very high up, and there are only two small elevators to service the 25+ floors. I have never waited so long to get on and off an elevator at a hotel.

Convenient location next to MTR, buses and trams is a big plus. The breakfast is not good. We aren’t talking about some fancy food, but raisins, prunes, cheese, fruits, honey should be included.

Good location, lot of restaurants next to MRT, frendy straff.

The location is very convenient. The room is small but that is expected of Hong Kong. The place was not as clean as I had hope for an Ibis to be but if you are staying in HK for the weekend, which was my case, the price and location justifies what you need. Overall, happy with my stay.

Good location, take a bus number A11 from airport to Ibis got off the bus 2 blocks away walk to hotel, it is also a short walk from North point MTR station, lots of restaurants arround Ibis.

Service was very good. Polite staff and responsive to all needs extremely quickly.

Great location too - staff was friendly and welcoming.

Hotel is small but very convenient close to mtr station The bathroom does not has ventilation that is the reason it has mold it is only good for 1 person coz the space is too small to fit more than 1 luggage

My room has the bathroom facing next to my bed, not a good setup.

Very convenient location next to MTR Very friendly and professional front desk staff on Level 1. No bellboy or doorman on ground floor, so don’t expect a five star greeting Overall great budget hotel for short stay

Good thing about the hotel is to be close to MTR station and price is quite cheap comparing to other. On the other hand the room and specialty the bed is two small for two people. Old construction and the elevator takes way too long after you press the button and besides that is always full. So if you have schedule just plan ahead.

Traveling alone for a three night stay. Perfect choice for my situation.

Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable, close to the MTR to get to the artery of HongKong!

Nice hotel, easy to get to from airport by bus, slept really well and the breakfast was nice. I just booked this hotel again for a wedding I going to in a few weeks. Great value.

Was ok suspose to have city view room looking into back alley and neighbor window

Decent breakfast and great location to take a ferry to Kowloon. Room was ok but looks a bit old in the bathroom . Very close to the subway station and a market as well.

The services are very good and the room is very clean. The transportation around town is very excellence.

My most recent stay at the IBIS North Point in Hong Kong was absolutely horrible. I have never had this bad of an experience at any hotel in any country. This was my second stay at the IBIS North Point. The first time was very pleasant especially considering the low cost. For three days, I attempted to have a shirt laundered. The first day the maid said she would take it and even confirmed the contents of the laundry bag with me before I left for the rest of the day. When I returned, the bag was on my bed and I had a message stating that it would be picked up the following day. It was not picked up the following day. I repeatedly called both the front desk and the laundry number, but neither answered. I tried again on the third day, but the hotel staff continued to ignore my request. I had to personally take the shirts to the cleaners down the street. On my first stay at the IBIS, I did not encounter such problems with my laundry. Furthermore, the maid service is inconsistent and poor. The first day the maid cleaned my room after 2:00 PM. When I left my room the following two days at 10:00 AM, the maid had already put a notice under my door stating that she could not clean my room because I was still in it. On the second day, she removed my shower mat, and I almost slipped on wet shower floor. On my first stay at the IBIS, the maid was fantastic.
