Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable, close to the MTR to get to the artery of HongKong!

Nice hotel, easy to get to from airport by bus, slept really well and the breakfast was nice. I just booked this hotel again for a wedding I going to in a few weeks. Great value.

Was ok suspose to have city view room looking into back alley and neighbor window

Decent breakfast and great location to take a ferry to Kowloon. Room was ok but looks a bit old in the bathroom . Very close to the subway station and a market as well.

The services are very good and the room is very clean. The transportation around town is very excellence.

My most recent stay at the IBIS North Point in Hong Kong was absolutely horrible. I have never had this bad of an experience at any hotel in any country. This was my second stay at the IBIS North Point. The first time was very pleasant especially considering the low cost. For three days, I attempted to have a shirt laundered. The first day the maid said she would take it and even confirmed the contents of the laundry bag with me before I left for the rest of the day. When I returned, the bag was on my bed and I had a message stating that it would be picked up the following day. It was not picked up the following day. I repeatedly called both the front desk and the laundry number, but neither answered. I tried again on the third day, but the hotel staff continued to ignore my request. I had to personally take the shirts to the cleaners down the street. On my first stay at the IBIS, I did not encounter such problems with my laundry. Furthermore, the maid service is inconsistent and poor. The first day the maid cleaned my room after 2:00 PM. When I left my room the following two days at 10:00 AM, the maid had already put a notice under my door stating that she could not clean my room because I was still in it. On the second day, she removed my shower mat, and I almost slipped on wet shower floor. On my first stay at the IBIS, the maid was fantastic.

It was a great experience. I have no complaints!

Nice Close to North Point Station and Cheap Price, Recommend Pay the breakfast there is cheap than buy on the reservation is only 11 dollars each!!

After many trips to Hong Kong, this was my favorite hotel considering how inexpensive it was. It is not the Marriott, but I am not demanding enough to want to pay for the Marriott. The staff was very pleasant and I did not have any problems speaking English with them. The location is not central, but the North Point subway entrance is practically right next door to the hotel. Small room? YES Hard bed? YES Empty refrigerator? YES I don't mind small rooms or the hard beds, and an empty refrigerator is better so that I can stock it with things I want from the 7-11 just around the corner.

Super convenient location. Instead of taking MRT, A11 from airport to the hotel make the life easier. Dinning is easy. MRT is next to the hotel. The best part, I have the ocean view room.

They assigned me to smoking room, which smeLloyd is unbearable. In order to get no. Smoking room, I had to pay $70.00 more.

Great location. Great price for such nice sea view room in Hong Kong. But they won't allow checked luggage over night. It almost ruined my trip as I need to go somewhere one night before I leave Hong Kong.

Up charge for non smoking room. The smoking room was the most awful smell ever.

The hotel is clean and in a nice location. My room had an excellent view of the bay across the street.

proximity to MTR station and great price offsets the cramped quarters (which are to be expected anyways). Room is perfectly clean so there isn't really anything else to complain about.

Ibis North Point is exactly half a minute away from the North Point Subwaý station, and the Bus 11 runs 5 minutes from the hotel to and from the Airport. Very convenient location, can get to the touristy places and airport easily by public transportation. Hotel room is releatively small (but definitely enough for one person and narrow but sort of doable for two people, if neither is too picky about space). Room is very clean and neatly decorated. The harbor view room I had has nice view of Victorian Harbor. When the weather is good, very beautiful. Friendly staff speaking fluent English, Kantonese and Mandrin Chinese. Plenty of restaurants on the Java Streets and nearby streets of all price ranges, Chinese hongkongese dim sum, Japanese etc. Only two elevators for the 30 level hotel, so need to wait for a few minutes for elevator some times. But seriously, very very good deal for the price. Totally recommend.

we are happy with the hotel in general. the rooms are small but clean, and the staff are quite accommodating and polite. we do recommend it to couples without children. the airport bus terminal is only a hundred yard away from this hotel!

Only 2 elevators for this tall hotel bldg, so you will WAIT longer than usual to get to the lobby. I stayed in a NON-smoking room, but I can still smell tobacco in the air. Clean single bed. Cheap and Clean. Location is near a train station -convenient.

Compared to other hotels on the same price level, ibis was the best. Staff was kind and ready when needed. It is close enough to main tourist spots on the north part of Hong Kong island. The only drawback was the poor soundproof between rooms.

I have no complaints about my stay at the ibis. Rooms were small by Western standards but average for Hong Kong, spotlessly clean, and great showers (always hot water and good water pressure). We stayed in a harbor view room and the view was worth the extra ten bucks. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location isn't central, but convenient to the airport, MRT, and ferries to Kowloon. Not a lot there in the way of restaurants.
