Love the ambiance and service of the hotel service staff. Room cleanliness requirement had been met too. The only inflexibility was I intended for a change of reservation from Island Shangri-La to Futian Shangri-La but was rejected despite under the same group. Should they be able to extend this extra mile service to guest will be a bonus. However overall experience is still good.
