Very clean and modern hotel in an accessible location from Wanchai station and access to several trams. Rooms aren’t massive but for the price you’re paying, it’s truly worth it. Highly recommend!

My first visit to Hong Kong, and staying at this hotel made the entire trip, a success. Clean, organized, quiet, and the location was just the right amount away from the busyness.

The hotel room was very small, the carpet on the common areas of our floor has a lot of stains. It is close to bus stations but the location is not central. We went to the rooftop and it is nice but we weren’t able to enjoy it, because a person was talking in his cellphone with a loud voice all the time and was lying down without shoes on the couch beside us and the employees at the bar didn't care and said that they couldn't do anything.

Paid already on hotel.com. When arrived, got to pay again. Took over four hours to figure it’s the miscommunication between the hotel.com and the hotel, even though got $100coupon for future use. This is the second time disappointed at this hotel. This must be hotels fault

The room was quite attractive but was very tiny especially if there were two people with luggage. Very cramped. The bed was comfy and it was quiet in the room. The gym had a few running machines but few weights of any use. Best feature was a shuttle bus to a few places on the island side of hk every half hour. It was a brisk 20 min walk to the shops and 30 mins walk to peak tram stop. A satisfactory place to stay.

First visit to HK with my wife and wonderful place to stay. Very close to everything we could have wanted and easy transport links elsewhere. Staff were friendly and attentive when necessary. Only two things could’ve been better; our room was a weird angle which made it smaller than assumed and with two big cases for 6 nights made it a little awkward. The other thing is only a small annoyance personally but that we wanted to do some clothes washing as we’re also going to Korea and were more than happy to buy the tokens for the wash and dry etc but we were told we had to buy the pod/detergent also which seems slightly counter productive as we were never going to buy that for one single wash. Other than that though is a wonderful stay.

Lots of food and shopping areas in walkable distance. Free shuttle bus service. Great customer service. But there is no power outlet in the bathroom and both times our room was cleaned, they forgot to give us towels so we had to tell the concierge. I also would've liked it if they had a 120v converter.

I stayed here for 3 nights, and given the price, I wasn’t expecting too much - but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very clean and the service exceeded my expectations. Housekeeping came every day, not only changing towels and cleaning the bathroom thoroughly, but also making sure the room had enough bottled water. They even turned on the air purifier and dehumidifier after cleaning, which was a nice touch. The location can be a little tricky if you’re not familiar with the area, but the hotel provides a free shuttle bus, and there are also a couple of public bus stops nearby. I used the shuttle bus to Causeway Bay and then caught the A11 bus to the airport, which worked out smoothly. The staff were very friendly and helpful - they proactively handled my luggage and placed it in the shuttle bus for me. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money with its cleanliness, attentive service, and supplementary transport options. I would be happy to stay here again.

This hotel was super clean with amazing staff. During our checking out we took shuttle bus from hotel and in the middle of the way, my friend remembered she left her purse in room, the driver took us back and all staff hrlped us to find the purse. This support was amazing. Breakfast Buffet was excellent too. The bed was soo comfy. Loved this hotel

The two sofas in the lobby were full so I asked if could sit in the cafe of the lobby to use my laptop the lady said I have to pay to enter even though it’s not even dining hours. Meanwhile i assumed it was because they didn’t want me to disturb their snack time as the staff were having a cake party; standing around, eating cake and chatting. This is far worse service than a four star rating hotel. She said the cafe is only for their customers, but hotel customers are not customers? I’ve been to a lower rating hotel and they offer much better service than here.
