Both location and facilities are great. Very convenient

Booked a room last minute. Was given an 8th floor harbor facing room with a lovely view. Concierge and doorman were very pleasant, as was the check-in. Room itself was a King, spacious, clean. Bathroom was small but clean. Room had a slightly musty odor but resolved with the in-room diffuser. Hallway had an older damp smell. Great value for the price paid and would absolutely recommend.

It's within walking distance of Wanchai restaurants, coffee, and local bars. The cheaper rooms are small with no view, but clean and comfortable. The rooms with view are a little more expensive, but bigger and better views, and nicer interior design. If you're there only to sleep, smaller/cheaper is the better deal. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

I booked an upgraded room and hoping for a view of the harbor. However, the room I was given was tiny and had a view of a wall, a solid wall. And I noticed that most rooms were. I felt like I was being reprimanded the whole time I stayed in the room.

The facilities are average. And is no more view of the harbour from the hotel.

Staff were cordial but mechanical. Food in hotel cafe was poor (microwaved) and no service at all on both occasions I ate there.

When I booked several MONTHS in advance, I asked for a room on uppermost possible floor and at eastern most end of building, plenty of notice. Upon arrival, I was given a room on the bottom fourth of height and in the middle. I asked the clerk if she read my request, to which she replied curtly, yes while smirking. After a 16 hour flight and several hours of waiting in brutally hot weather, I just wanted a room. Mind you, I have been to this hotel on my last 3 prior trips to HK, reserving anywhere from 2-4 rooms for average 14 days each, so I have loyalty to this site. IF I REQUEST SOMETHING MONTHS IN ADVANCE, HONOR IT OR NOTIFY ME IT WONT BE AVAILABLE (which really isn't possible given the notice).
