This hotel was a great location to start the day's adventures from and a comfortable and clean room was always waiting for us after long days. The concierge and front desk spoke conversational english and was pleasant and accommodating with every interaction. The rooms have stunning views of the harbor if you ask for harbor side rooms. Also, the free buses that leave from the hotel throughout the day to drop you off at convenient locations throughout the city as well as the airport shuttles are worth noting and taking advantage of. Don't forget, there's a grocery store, starbucks, plenty of yummy local western and eastern dining places, and a MTR station within a five minute walk.

Swanky hotel right outside the Quarry Bay MTR station. The hotel lobby is very inviting with many plush couches and seats. A fragrance of tropical flowers fills the lobby area. The elevators are quick and smooth. There might be a wait when there are tour groups queuing to get back to their rooms. The room was spacious for an Asian hotel with a very comfy bed, desk, refrigerator, and closet. You can tell the rooms are a little dated but everything was kept in pretty good condition. Would recommend a fresh coat of paint maybe. The bathroom was especially spacious with a large walk in shower with ample water pressure. We had the city view which you can watch people go to work in the morning.

Nice quiet hotel away from tourists but with hotel free shuttle bus to Causeway Bay and Central, HK and subway station is just 1 blocked away. Hotel got a great Chinese restaurant and a beautiful coffee shop serving buffets. Great friendly staff at front desk like ms. Ling Tze and concierge are super helpful. This is my second time staying at the hotel, I'll definitely stay again when in Hong Kong.

Nice room but hard beds. Decent location next to MTR

Great services from doorman to the one who clean up the rooms

It is not good for the hotel too closed the funeral and there are no free breakfast for guess.

The location is convenient, half block away from MTA and major buses to anywhere in the city

I booked 330 sq.ft room and got 150 sq ft room very small and not as advertised Apparently the don't have what I booked the just made a mistake Internet charge is $20 a day Brakefast charge is $25 but it was ok

We orderd a 330 sq.ft room but the biggest room the could find was 180 sq.ft

We arived in this hotel thinking it was 1/2 a mile away from Hongkong convention center. it was probably 5 miles away. the hall way going to our rooms was old and carpetting look bad. our rooms was better. we had a 600 squre feet suite with nice view. Biggest problem was no sucket in the bathroom to plug a hair dryer. Also no place to plug the cell phone in the bedroom to charge our cell phones. people working the restaurant not freindly and very slow.

Great location, in front Exit C of Quarry Bay MTR Station

The biggest put down was that the first non-smoking room smelled like a smoke house. The second room was good. Since Hong Kong builds are so close to each other so hotel room "view" is over rated.

I booked a 1-bedroom suite for 4 nights. Room was clean and spacious. In-room free Wi-Fi for two devices. Baby sitter service at reasonable price. Hotel is across the street from Quarry Bay MTR. Will stay there again next time I go to Hong Kong.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Location is great - very close to Quarry Bay station. It seems most of the hotel rooms are for smokers; I had asked for a non-smoking room but still got a smoking room. Took them one night to change me over. If you are particular about getting a non-smoking room, I would suggest calling the hotel to double confirm this.

It was a good hotel for the value. The neighborhood is ok, but not that great. It is next to the Querry Bay metro station which is nice. There is a Starbucks, and a Subway sandwich shop which are convenient. The room was small but nice. They charge about 17$ US per day for internet which was high.

Nice and clean and staff very cordial with good manners. I like the location nearby all the transportations and good ambiance

When I reserved the hotel, it is told the free internet will be provided, however it is refused when checked in.

I remebered the free internet is provided at the time of reservation, however it is refused at check in.

the free internet is not provided as shown in the reservation page. it is incovnient to pay for HKD 120 for one day.

The last night at 3 am the fire alarm went off repeatedly for about 30 minutes by which time myself and many other guests had tried calling the front desk (no answer) and going to the lobby to find out it was a false alarm and they did not know how to stop it. In the morning not a single employee including the front desk staff upon check out issued a single word of apology. The beds are hard, rooms small and they want to charge you for everything and they want to charge 5 star prices. Laundry HKD$83 to wash 1 pair of jeans, internet per device HKD$130 and if you connect wirelessly then use the cable or vice versa you will be charged twice unless you call and argue with the front desk. This is a 3 star tourist group hotel at best and if you decide to stay I suggest you use your smart phone as a hotspot, walk outside for breakfast and there are a couple laundry shops just a block away.
