The Fleming Hong Kong

The rooms here are big and spacious, comfortable yet the same and same goes for the bathrooms. The hosts were pleasant and the service was terrific as well. Just a small walking distance from Star Ferry & Causeway Bay, with a subway station that sorts travel concerns to and from the airport. -- A drop of ink may make a million think. @AyaashPaw (FB + Instagram + Snapchat + Twitter + Zomato)

We stayed 11 days in their suite, we take the big room with kitchen. The room is quiet. You have free water everyday and we have a welcoming bottle of wine. Kitchen tools is available, electric kettle, tea & instant coffee you have fridge too. They provided body towel, face towel as well as hand towel The reception is not very nice and a bit rude and they ask us the first time about the payment I send a message way way in advance to tell that we will arrive a bit early (11am) and they agree, but when we arrive, they ask us to wait because it is not yet the check-in time. Location is good though and you have a smartphone that you can use outside. Architecture is not their speciality They provided a buffet breakfast and so far they are better with other hotel that i stayed at. They several menus, you can ask them to cook eggs the way you want and they have a cafe, you can ask if you want espresso or cappuccino, etc. they have cheese sometimes which is good and fruits and yogurt . i like their juice.

I went on a solo trip to HK & a friend suggested me this hotel, it was a good space, everything functioned very well. Loved how the lobby connected to the restaurant, food at the rest was really nice. Hotel staff was sweet. Location wise is strategic too altho it is quite pricey.

Getting more expensive but quality and locations are good. Rooms are clean and checkin and out is more or less efficient. Breakfast in tiny attached restaurant is good. Free flow wine and peanuts at 6pm in the lobby, but do not expect great wine :-).

Very friendly and courteous staff. Very good customer service. They even provided bubble wrap, tape and scissors for us to pack our stuff. Prompt response to address any issues we encountered. Water in our shower did not drain properly but it was fixed in no time. Free wine and titbits in the lobby every evening too. Great location. 2 mins walk to the MRT station. Less than 5 mins walk to Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. For the price we paid, definitely worth it! They will be closed for renovation between June 2016-March 2017. For that, we were given a goodies bag as a token of appreciation for our support. Will definitely return.

Location is easy and convenient Coz close to HK exhibition. If u like drinking very close to gab a drink then get drunk and back to hotel. Room size so far can expect as in fact that's a boutique hotel. Service good. Room facilities great. Just one part I feel sad that 👉🏻👈🏻because of bed not comfort.

Having made several short trips to Hong Kong over the last 12 months and stayed at a different hotel each time, for this trip I settled on The Fleming in Wan Chai and did not regret the decision at all. It is located within easy walking distance to the subway station and that system can get you just about anywhere you want or need to go and its very affordable and clean. The hotel itself is what I consider a middle level hotel, it has an attached restaurant that as far as I could tell only served breakfast during our stay which was not a problem as there were numerous restaurants to suit most tastes in close proximity. Speaking of breakfast, as seems to be the case at least in the hotels I have stayed at in HK, the selection is not huge but it was adequate and served by friendly helpful staff. There was no bar at the hotel but they did have a nifty arrangement whereby between 5pm and 7pm they had a Happy Hour in a corner of the lobby and they provided very drinkable red and white wine free of charge, a nice touch. The room itself was a good size, clean and the bed was comfortable. And the bathroom had a good shower which is a big plus in my book. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay and reasonable value for money especially compared to a couple of the other establishments I stayed at recently. Would I stay at this hotel again? Yes, I certainly would.

Clean, clean and very centrally located in Wan Chai. Very convenient location for the exhibition center. Staff were especially helpful. Rooms are a good size and well equiped, even have a free local mobile phone.

It's very close to the convention centre and the room service was fast and good but the rooms are tired, the ceilings are low, the beds are hard. I paid double what I think the room should have cost. I am in HK every month, there are many other good boutique hotels nearby in the same price range that are nicer.

The Fleming is well located in Wan Chai close to the MTR station. When we got there after a long journey at 10.30 at night, there was unfortunately no one to carry the luggage to the room and the reception staff was totally un enthusiastic. So with 5 big bags and a baby in tow, we went up to the 13th floor but rest went well from then on. The bed was comfortable in the Deluxe room and the wifi worked just fine. The handy phone was a nice addition. Breakfast in the morning at the little cosy place next door was good (it was included in the room rate). Fleming is not a fancy hotel but works well for a few days and in a place like Hong Kong, it is good for the price. There were drinks at the lobby each evening. Again nothing fancy but a nice addition. The day staff was certainly more helpful than the night staff and we were guided well by them. Would I go back??? Probably not. I would pay more and stay in a better hotel and location.
