feee hotel shuttle is very convenient. the room is very clean and

Did not receive the room shown in picture. Other than that the service and location were great.

Nice hotel and very good service. Hotel staff is very helpful, friendly, attentive and very accommodating.

The hotel room is good. Staffs are friendly. Only down side is the hotel location. It does not have any store down stair, although it provides shuttle service to central district and Causeway Bay where public transportations and stores are easily accessible.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Room size are good. It location is a little far from, it takes about 10 minutes walk, restaurant and convenience stores, although it offer free shuttle to public transportations and store areas.

I appreciate being appreciated to getting a free upgrade to executive room. The staff was very attentive and concerned that on a couple of unusually cold nights they brought extra blanket and small heater to my room immediately. I would definitely stay there again

It was a convenient, affordable hotel with excellent staff. It's sister hotel, The Dorsett, is around the corner, where tours leave from. The room was very small for two people and inconvenient for one to get in and out of bed. If we stayed here again, Inwould get a room with two beds.

We were given a suite on the 3rd floor which was nice. However the room itself was older and the furniture and paint was dated. One of the toilets backed up when flushed, but was quickly fixed by hotel personnel the next day. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was also good. There was a bus stop in front of the hotel and getting to the MTR station was only a short walk away. Overall it was a pleasant stay and hope would only wish that the suites were in better shape.

The lobby was fine. When I checked in, I was immediately informed about how small my room was and how there was promotion to upgrade. I figured I wouldn't be in my room much so I didn't need to upgrade. When I got to the room, it was in fact very small. So I called the manager and after some convincing he agreed to upgrade me to an executive room. The new room smelled like absolute feces. Actually! It smelled as if pure fart was coming from the AC vent. I hated my experience here. Also, wifi is not free at this hotel. You have to pay for it. This is not cosmopolitan like in vegas. It is a deceiving name. I fell for it. Never coming back here.

Place really hard to get there without car access, MTR staff at Hong Kong station said their shuttle bus always gets delay. Rooms are small, when I unpacked my carrier room was almost full. 'Free internet' is not free, it's free for first few hours, and after that it's deducted from your deposit.

the staff are friendly., Hugo is very nice and helpful. Wifi and free international call are great .. unlimited ( 9 countries ) . Great ! only odd was far from mtr .

I stayed at this place 4 years ago. Today is much worse than then.

generally ok. not the most convenient location. room is small.

Had a little mix up with the hotel next door to begin with but this little hotel was great and very helpful staff. I needed assistance with printing g boarding pass for my next flight, staff at front desk let me email Boarding pass to them and printed it for me free of charge,. The room was clean and even had electrical adapter for me to use to charge phone. The price was good considering it's hk. I would recommend this hotel

Hotel was average, however the drain in the shower area was an issue. I requested to be to fixed twice and it continues to get stuck

Cosmo is a basic hotel, it's clean and comfortable, although my shower head needed repair when I moved into the room. The main issue I had was that it is out of the way from HK Island's MTR system which is the transport lifeline for the city. This was partly offset by taxis being plentiful at the location, even during busy periods I had no problem. (Obviously the taxi costs more than the MTR !) Staff very friendly and accommodating.

The queen size bed was actually 2 twin beds put together. Very rough to sleep in the middle of the bed. Elevators are very old and does not run on logic. I was on the 26th floor with an elevator sitting on the 25th and the other on the G floor. The G floor elevator came up while the 25th did not move. Happened a lot. The view of the cemetary was not very pleasent either.

The staff was great. The pool was clean and very nice. The room was a little small but overall I would stay again next trip
