Excellent service, room cleanliness, comfort, location. The only disappointment was the swimming pool, if you can call it that. Only 10m long; it's barely more than a plunge pool.

It is an amazing hotel and staff couldn't be nicer. Unfortunately there is a renovation going on and when we came back in the afternoon it was a sledgehammer going and it was so noisy you couldn't nap or read a book. The staff was very helpful and gave us a new room that was much quieter. They also very kindly let us do a late check out at 2pm the day we were leaving. A beautiful hotel in a great location but might have some noise hick-ups due to renovation at the moment.

Wonderful stay at this icon. As usual the service at the Mandarin is faultless esp from John Suen and all service staff at the restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.
