Great location, central to the MTA. Outstanding breakfast buffet, albeit a bit pricey.

We were a family of four and the bathroom had only two sets of towels. We had to request an extra two sets of towels everyday during our 6 day stay even when I told housekeeping to notate that my room had four guest. Besides that, the gym and pool was fantastic. It overlooks the harbor. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly.

Hotel Vic is minutes away from the MTR North Point station. I got a 18th floor upper harbor front room with corner view of the harbor. I had to close one side of the blind to get a bit more privacy from the buildings across. My room was spotless and roomy. Even this side of the harbour isn't prime view in central but I particularly enjoy taking showers while looking out to the harbor. If you are not afraid of dark, try to turn off the light while you shower at night, its quite an experience. I am not a big fan of the breakfast buffet just because i ate breakfast at Hyatt Regency just a week ago. By comparison, Hotel Vic scored a lower mark on food varieties and diming experience. However, hotel guest received a 30% discount if you reserved ahead of time at Hotel Vic. The pool on top of the building have a sweeping view of the harbor but the pool is relatively small. Lots of people just walked around the pool and take pictures.

Architecturally the hotel is beautiful. Modern. Small but newer rooms. Location is a bit far from central HK but easily accessible. The service at the hotel is subpar (to be polite). No greetings. Staff lacks personality and can be a bit rude and aggressive. Being a global business traveler, I quite disappointed with service at such a high caliber hotel. Would never visit again.

Hotel room is cleaned perfectly. There is so~~~~small sauna in public on the 23floor. the hotle is located in the back of beyond from the HK airport. hotel breakfast dishes are poor.

Our first time in Hongkong and staying at Hotel Vic was amazing from the moment we checked in to the time we had to check out. It was everything and than some

Clean new hotel. Staff was very responsive. Close to North Point MTR and lots of local restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again

Great hotel with great harbour views. Nice and modern, quiet and very convenient to the nearby MTR station. Great rooftop swimming pool and good fitness center. Well worth a stay for sure.
