Very helpful staffs in front office. Great location from airport shuttle bus stop.

Wonderful location in the heart of Hong Kong Island. Very walkable restaurants and shopping at every price category in every direction. Major subway station three easily reached blocks away. Hotel itself still feels new and slick. Room was small - typical major metropolis center city size - but well-appointed. Excellent price point online for Hong Kong, but do your shopping: lots of varying offers from different websites that also depended on coupons/discount codes, etc. Only two elevators for a high-rise hotel and two floors of local community rooms for senior citizens (great social service application), so wait time could sometimes be over-average. No real lobby or restaurant, if that is important to you. A couple of rooms on the 5th floor have been cobbled together to create a breakfast/break room that is open 24 hours. A very minimum continental breakfast with modest offerings is included, but again, this is not what this hotel is about. Odd interchange with the hotel staff when I arrived. I wanted the window in my room opened so I would not have to run the (very efficient) air-conditioning continuously. The handle had been removed to prevent this. I went back to the front desk area which was entirely empty of guests. At first, one of the two desk clerks said it was impossible and could not done. That was obviously nonsense. After two minutes of what I could tell was going to be a useless conversation, I suggested he call the manager. This time, the clerk said it would take some time (one or two hours) to get the approvals, write up the paperwork, and actually open the window. So, I calmly sat down opposite him and said I would wait. He stared at me for a moment, then dialed a number, talked quietly into the phone, and about a minute later hung up, turned to the computer and within thirty seconds printed out a non-liability form for my signature (mind you, the window only opened about nine inches out and the opening had mullions across it that you could hardly fit your hand through). I signed it, went back up my room and within ten minutes, the same clerk appeared at my door with the window handle, saying he could not find the technician, so he would have to do it himself, which took about five seconds to screw into place and crank. If it all was not so ludicrous, it would have been funny. It made no sense. The clerk obviously had been given instructions to start by saying, no. Risking a good hotel's reputation for such an easily solved customer service issue is clearly self-destructive.

All was good however, they never seem to run good deals. So, I have been staying at another hotel in Wan Chai. They will work with me.

The hotel is centrally located in Wanchai, close to the MTR and many shopping and dining options. Room was clean and relatively large for Hong Kong. Staff and service were professional. It is rather difficult to get a taxi from the hotel and the staff did not go out of their way to get one for me. I ended up having to walk 10 minutes to a main road to catch a taxi.

Excelent location and very good and big room, very confortable and new. The staff was perfect and the cleanliness of the room excelent. There is a metro station very near and you can go anywhere from that using this transportation.

If you are here on business or on vacation, this hotel is good for you.

The room is small but comfortable, the location cannot be better, close to shopping districts and ferry. Breakfast is included, very basic stuff but enough. The only problem we had was with the internet wich was not working very well. We were told it was because of the bad weather, so let's hope it will get better. But I definitely will go back to this hotel.

In a city known for its extremely expensive hotels, the Regal iClub Hotel is very good value in a great location. It's just a block from the Wan Chai MTR subway station and only 3 or 4 blocks from the convention center. The hotel is clean and the rooms are well appointed. My only negative about the room was that the mattress was very firm and not as luxurious as one might expect at a 4 star hotel. Hotel staff are very courteous and helpful. The Regal Hotel chain also has a very convenient, reasonably priced airport shuttle bus.

Great value at this hotel and a doable free breakfast. It's really clean and super close to the MTR

The daily included breakfast and access to the internet. The location is excellent for those who go to Wanchai for Business.

Hotel was amazing. Clean, great interior design, very comfortable, quiet, good service. Only breakfast was so-so. Free wifi was decent but worked well only with Apple devices. Location is quite good, walkable to nearby MTR stations. Prices are fair for Hong Kong.

room was very large for hk standards with high ceilings, and nicely decorated. location is very good with short 5min walk to mtr, with lots of restauarants nearby. very quiet inside the rooms so you can get some good rest. overall, a terrific stay and a great value!

I really enjoyed my short stay I travel a lot for my work and can compare. This hotel is very nice and also a perfect deal for that price

Rooms were small but that`s pretty much the case in all hotels in HK. For the price we paid, I think they can do better w/ breakfast.

I am a frequent businness traveller and stayed many hotels all over the world... This was the worst hotel I ever stayed... It's never worthed four stars first of all and has the wierdest rooms I ever seen...even it was a upgraded room, and the funniest part is I asked for ices and they told me to go 7Eleven cross the street to get ices.... I dont even want talk about their breakfast salon...

Great location, everything is walking distance (ie: major transportation and restaurants)

Staff was friendly. Only problem was the bathroom had some mold in shower.

Overall, there is nothing exceptional about this hotel but also nothing too negative. Hotel staff was helpful when needed but never going beyond their duty. Hotel rooms were not dirty but not clean. Cleaning staff decided on a daily basis what towels they would replace. And continental breakfast was OK if nothing else to eat. The location was great, within walking distance of convention center and subway station.

Though the hotel links to an elderly center and sometimes the elevator (lift) is crowded, the hotel provides good service and the staff is very helpful and jump into help anytime I asked. Certainly will come back.

Great located and value for money its really good, you get more of what you are paying for, rooms are decent size and location is in the middle of wanh chai in the busy district of honk kong island, walking distance to the ferry or metro subway. Good choice,
