Sucks, very rude staff made me feel like I did not belong

The wall is too thin to block any noise from other room. I heard the viberation of somebody's cellphone at 2am, besides the girl's screams of mating. The sheet is not 100% dry during a rainy day.

Room is not clean and really small. The location is only advantage for this hotel. Walk 5 mins to the metro station.

I will clarify my review is not about the stay at the hotel, but about them being flexible to accommodate a change in plan. I booked a 3 day stay. Due to extreme fog conditions, flights out of china were disrupted as airports shut down. I requested them to either cancel or change my reservation since for reasons beyond my control I couldn't make it. Good customer service would have entailed them being flexible. However, to them I was just another customer from whom they could make money. They read me their hotel policy and refused to be flexible. Needless to state, when I do visit Hong Kong next, my policy will be to seek a hotel with better customer service. Disclaimer : they didn't do anything wrong, but they didn't do the right thing either !

The Hotel has a very central and convenient location in Hong Kong but the rooms are too little, not enough space even for the suitcases The bathroom is also tiny and super close to the bed I would recommend it only if you wont stay long and dont have a lot of baggage

The location was amazing but the room is not only super small - no refrigerator or cabinet - no place for suitcase - you jump from the door to the bed - but the main problem is the moldy curtains of the bathroom and the walls almost peeling and rusty in the paint - white room but yellowish at parts. The lobby is ok - have comfy sofas and internet. For the price you should know you get what you pay for.

I spent one night in this hotel, as I needed a hotel in Hong Kong and wanted to stay in Central without spending too much. I got a cheap room, which was very small, but nice. There is a safe in the room, which can make you feel better about bringing a laptop or something like that, and leaving it in the room when you're gone - although it would probably be fine anyways. They didn't provide toothbrush/toothpaste/sandals like many hotels might, but I had my own, and for the price it was fine. Very clean room :)

A/C worked Great! not a lot of room to move around in, but not too much of an issue. Didn't plan to stay in the room 100% of my stay. Will book again.

Stayed one night and it was great. Yes, the rooms are small but you can't beat the price. It was fine for one person, and would probably be ok for two people as well as long as you don't mind sharing a double bed. The bed is a little hard, but was comfortable enough. The wifi is free and worked very well. The location is right in Central close to Lan Kwai Fong. You can walk to the hotel from the Airport Express train station, but if you have heavy luggage I recommend a cab as it is uphill. Once checked in you can walk to many local sites. The only problem I had with the hotel is that they had some partner discounts listed on their website (2-for-1 drinks at nearby bars) and when I went to those places they told me they had no idea about the arrangement. No big deal, just a little embarrassing.

Mini Hotel Central is aptly named - it's a mini hotel in the Central area of Hong Kong, a block from the famous nightlife of LKF. It's also reasonably close to the MTR/public transit system, but beware: there is a trek uphill and a set of stairs to get to this location if moving on foot. I traveled with a backpack and full-size checked bag without issue, but for some it may be easier to cab. The hotel is also close to a 7-11, the lifesource for basic needs in HK. The room itself was small and suitable for 1 person on a budget or who doesn't require frills - the space is roughly 100 sq ft, with the bed taking up most of it. I'm not sure a couple would feel comfortable in this space, and let it be known the shower and bathroom have untinted glass. Because of the humidity in the city this time of year, everything felt slightly damp all the time, which may be unavoidable. Shower comes with a wall dispenser for soap and towels, but no washcloths. The staff was friendly and the common area well maintained. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel for someone not requiring too many frills. I was in Hong Kong for 5 days visiting a friend in May 2015 (before heading to Thailand for 5 days). I stayed here the first leg of my trip.

The bed was large and the room was nice (and very tiny). It's exactly what you need and no more.

Stayed for business -- great location in the heart of Central, right next to Citibank, Bank of China, Bank of America and IFC. Very small rooms with thin walls.

CBD, great transportation spot. convenient to get everything you want.

Great location in the best part of Hong Kong. Walking distance to the main train station that goes to the airport. Very basic and simple but modern. Great for people who just want someplace clean and safe to stay in a convenient neighborhood.

Booked the hotel because I wanted somewhere inexpensive and near to Hong Kong Stn. However, I almost fainted when I saw the long flight of stairs! my advice is that if you are carrying luggage and staying at Mini Hotel, don't bother trying to save $$ by walking there from the station. take a cab. hotel room was relatively clean with just some strains of hairs around. room had aircon full blast and after I adjusted the temp, due to condensation, the whole floor was wet! had to turn it back to full blast to dry up the floor.

#1 reason to book this hotel: location! Otherwise, the rooms are mini (as expected). They are actually not bad, but could be better maintained. My only real complaint was the AC. It only seemed to have two settings: ice cold or damp.

Positive things: -Perfect location (great proximity to bars, restaurants, MTR station, etc) -Wonderful staff -Reasonably clean and in good condition -Reliable, fast, and free internet Negative things: -Air conditioning in room was so loud that it was hard to sleep -The room was very damp due to the shower (maybe also due to the moist weather?) and would never fully dry out over the course of the day. -The room is so small that there is nowhere to really unpack nor to properly hang up your clothes. This is fine if you are just on holiday for a few days, but if you are staying for long time or you need to look perfect for a business meeting, this doesn't work very well. -I often found long hairs in my bath towels - I guess they should clean their laundry machines better? Insider tip: Ask for a room on the front side of the building because the back side is facing an alley (meaning you won't get much sunlight). The front side has a really nice view.

Location of the hotel is very close to MTR central station. Room is quite small and can overhear your next door neighbor talking very easily. Remember to bring your own power adapter converter for Hong Kong plug. Staff of the hotel is very kind and helpful, the price is also very reasonable

The hotel is in a vital and good position, but you have to climb the hill a little bit!

It is the worst location, too much noise, the room looks nice on the internet, in reality it was full of dust, the floor is full of hair, the towel are dirty. I will not recommend this even if it is free. there is no sound proof, you can hear noise from the corridor, the talks, laughter, screaming and moaning your neighbor made. the toilet smell and the noise from the bars could drive you nuts in the middle of the night, the workers and other guests could drive you nuts in the day time. This hotel is named MINI Hotel and everything are MINI.
