Got to the hotel about 6 hours before our check in time; but the hotel staff held our bags for us at the front and allowed us to use the spa to shower up before going out. The hotel staff was very helpful with everything we needed.

The hotel building itself seemed to me a bit outdated. But it is well-maintained and its staff works well. The restaurant 188 degree is worthy visiting to enjoy the view at night, while I am sorry to have to say that the breakfast buffet at the cafe was mediocre.

Good location close to all restaurants and subway.

it was a very bad experiencie. Rooms are old compare the rest of HK.

We arrived and our room was not yet ready. Staff suggested that if we waited an hour they would upgrade us to a luxury suite. We then had lunch and upon our return we were upgraded a promised. Everything was A++.

Excellent value from checkin to checkout. I had booked two rooms, one in Harbour Club, and the second was upgraded upon arrival. Breakfasts were outstanding, fresh squeezed juice and nice selection. We had two dinners in Sushi bar and top floor skyview restaraunt, both were excellent and not exhorbitant. Rooms were very nice, bigger than expected, with all amenities. Location is good, very near MTR, which is easy to use. Away from noise of tourist district, great views of Hong Kong harbor and Kowloon. I would definitely recommend, after the fact I would have expected the price to have been more. Harbour Grand lives up to its 5 star rating.

Hotel had excellent service, great views, and complimentary bus transfers to some major areas. It's close to the subway so it's kind of easy to get around using the Octopus card. I would recommend this hotel. The only thing is I wish they had more affordable choices for dining within the hotel.

Quiet and comfortable hotel with spacious rooms and excellent customer service. Best buffet breakfast I have ever experienced. Close to Fortress Hill MTR stop, so convenient to get around Hong Kong Island. Ultra fast internet. Good value for room with a view of the harbor.

This is a good choice if you don't want to fight the crowds and want to relax a bit. There is a nice view of the harbor in every room and a decent gym and swimming pool. The buffet breakfast and dinner are expensive though. But you can get inexpensive and authentic Chinese food just a couple of blocks away lots of bakeries and eateries. The subway station is a short walk and it's only a few stops from Central and Kowloon. Make sure your hotel package includes free wifi. They actually charge the equivalent of US$15+ a day for wifi charges!

The hotel is in an awful location--there was nothing near by of interest. I arrived about 10:00 pm and asked where to eat and was told there was nothing. No offer to help, no offer to direct me to an area of town from the front desk. I asked the concierge for help--a nice place to eat and some nightlife--music. They sent me to a sleazy part of town with loads of places with women soliciting to come in and just look. Finally SIRI to the rescue. The gym was barely a gym--not near the quality nor the quantity of gym equipment I have found in 3 star Shanghai hotels or 4 star Indian hotels. You can do much better.

Everything else is good just the room is very very small. Location is great.

It was a very nice hotel. very comfortable and very clean. staff was always willing to answer questions and accommodate us.

I am happy to choose the hotel and satisfied with the services and facilities.

Fantastic view, very romantic. It may not be very close to the main Island but is very close of the MTR station that you can use for go anywhere, also is a good advice to buy the tourist MTR card which allows unlimited travels for a day.

Although this is located on the island side of Hong Kong, it is still in a great location to get a taxi or to walk to some shops. Some times the taxi wait was a little longer then normal but most time the staff would always try to get a cab for us. We visited on business and found the staff to be very helpful in all of our needs. I would stay again because of the price of the rooms. The bar and restaurants located on the 31floor might have the best view in Hong Kong... It is amazing and in the summer/warmer months you can sit outside to enjoy the weather.

This hotel ticked all the boxes, great location with metro a few minutes walk away, easy stroll to the Causeway, good food options in the neighbourhood, fantastic harbour views and first stop on the airport express free shuttle so getting to and from airport a breeze.

Nice place good experience staff was cool Will return
