Great location!

This condo is in a great and super convenient location. It’s cute and big enough for our family of 5. Check in and out was as simple as you can get and the owners were great at communicating when necessary! My standards of cleanliness are at an extreme high when it comes to staying in hotels or short term rentals due to sharing spaces so my honest review of this is that the most important spaces were very clean… bathroom, kitchen, and especially the beds! I give 4 stars instead of 5 only because there were some more common areas that need a good scrub down or touch up. I would absolutely rent this again when we come back to Anna Maria. My family really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for letting us stay at Coconuts!

Beautiful Beach, Friendly & Peaceful Accommodations

Great girls vacation spot. Everyone was very friendly and low key. The pool was warm and pleasant even on the chillier days. Convenient beach access. Sunsets were amazing! Accommodations were clean and comfortable.

Loved it!

Would have given 5 stars for cleanliness but top window sill deserves cleaning. Very cute place. Thought since condo # started with 1 that it was on 1st floor, no it was on 2nd. For us seniors it was difficult to manage the stairs. Loved the place and would stay again (on 1st floor) 😄

Loved our stay! Great location steps from the beach. Amazing sunsets every night. Comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. Pool is great and kept clean and super warm. Can’t wait to come back.

Beach Is Beautiful

The property was nicely decorated and looked updated for the age. The linens and bedding was great. The best part is the close proximity to the beach and you had a beach view from the family room and deck. They provided a great set up of supplies and the place is quiet and cozy.

Convenient and easy

We have visited AMI for 10 straight years and pick a new location each time. This stretch of Holmes beach has become one of our favorites. It’s quiet and less busy at the beach while still being 5-10 minute drive from all our favorite restaurants. The beach access makes this location great. Just walk outside and head on down to the beach. Pool was nice as well for relaxing after a long day at the beach.

YUCK...

I started crying before entering this place—the exterior looked like a bank-owned hotel. My first impression walking up was that doors were falling apart, including the locks. There was no grass, just dirt and a shed to do your laundry. The interior looks like a contractor's first job updating a home. All there is to sit on is a small dirty love seat. There was what looked like a blood stain on the bed and the side of the mattress. The bathroom floor is gross. There were bugs. The management company found us a replacement, then after making the rest of my family in another hotel check out, they said they made a mistake on the property, and it was unavailable. I spent my whole first day trying to move which upset my husband that we wasted a vacation day. The door alarm goes off in the pool area all the time. I was called two nights in a row at 12:30 AM and 1:00 AM to close out my complaint. The area is beautiful, and the property could be amazing but stay somewhere else. I would post the pictures for you but there is nowhere to post on this review. I have rented many other place on this site and left great feedback unfortunately this time it is not the case.

Location was great but little things were off - for $1000/night should get ample TP, paper towel and dishwasher detergent. Check in was easy but I received no response to a voice mail message I left and also a text prior to arrival.

The place was very clean and comfortable. It looked like we were getting a unit with a total beach view, but when we got there it was a partial beach view. Otherwise everything was great!
