Hot tub was broke. They charge extra for night. Breakfast is not included and our room was full of ants!

I arrived late & stayed only one day, but it was great.

Quiet hotel; we were there over Christmas and the staff was friendly. The design of the pool area (some rooms overlooking an atrium) was a nice feature. Only complaint is that we wished there were a few vegetarian/vegan items on the menu.

The rooms are kept clean but The hotel rooms are outdated. It still looks like the 80’s. The heater only blew Luke warm air even though it was 24 outside and the heater was set to 80. It was clean and cheap.

Clean and friendly. Nice lounge, indoor pool was relaxing.

Once upon a time, I’m sure this hotel was the the best. But it really needs some updating. Low ceilings, NO sound barrier between our room and I80 (might as well have pitched a tent as loud as it was), water pipes sounded like a helicopter landing in the room. Bed was super comfy. Room service staff was super friendly and breakfast was good (but for $25, we would’ve been just as happy with a continental breakfast offered for free at another hotel).

Clean, quiet room. Friendly staff. While we didn't use the amenities (like pool, fitness center), they looked great! We would definitely stay again.

Light bulbs burn out, phone did not work (tried to call the front desk), toilet was not clean.

I wonder where some of these rooms are at that pictured. Was clean. Just older than the pics let on.

Our first room had a big bug crawling on the ceiling, a spider and dirty bed skirt covered in stains and dust that looked as if they had never been changed. I took care of the two bugs myself and cleaned the inch of dust but drew the line when I discovered the door to the room appeared to be able to be jimmied open easily. I took a brochure and sure enough the door popped right open.. Not safe for any belongings if we left the room. The front desk accommodated us with a room change and all was just fine. The kids liked the indoor pool, but the hot tub is non functional and there was slight work being done.

Stayed at the park inn for our anniversary, the 3rd party site messed up the original reservation, but the desk staff quickly fixed the problem seamlessly. The room service was amazing the food was very good the whole experience was great. I definitely would stay there again.

The staff could not have been nicer. Lovely stay. Breakfast was excellent and our waiter was so nice. Try Coumbine Brothers down the road for dinner.

Had an amazing hotel front take care of me. I forgot his name but it seemed like he knew everyone and everything. He checked me in, helped with request, served dinner, breakfast, and checking out. The pool was cool, the jacuzzi in the room was awesome (minus having a love tub all alone)
