There was no one at the front desk for check in and I waited for 30 minutes, while ringing the bell and calling on the phone. Once someone arrived, they had a horrible attitude and were extremely rude. It turned out, there were no rooms ready at 5 PM, check in was at 4 PM. Also, the gas company was on property to shut the gas off.

Worst stay of my life. Flimsy door barely secured, entire hotel was dirty with moldy peeling wall paper, no blankets on bed, no toilet paper, loud music from bar made it impossible to sleep. Staff was rude. Worst hotel experience of my life.

The property was in terrible condition from the moment we arrived. The external doors had no locks and there was no security card access. The entrance was simply open. Bags of guests' trash were piled beside the doorway and clearly hadn’t been moved for some time. When we stepped into the foyer, we immediately noticed dirt and garbage on the floor (that had blown in from the trash outside). As we entered the main part of the hotel, the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke and sewage. Walking to our room was almost unbearable. The smell of smoke was so strong it almost made us gag. When we reached our room and opened the door, we saw the furniture was old and worn, the curtains and bed sheets were dated, and the beds themselves looked used and sagging. The carpets were stained and clearly hadn’t been replaced in years. It was a horrible experience, especially with my children.

Bar is never open. Pool is never open. The cleaning cart stayed parked the whole day by my door and no one was cleaning any rooms. Had my sheets in the hall and the cart never moved and they didn’t take. Finally took what I needed and threw the dirty sheets in the bin. Cart was taken around 4 pm from that same spot. I checked numerous times and saw no one clean. I don’t get the room I ordered and was told they had no kings available. Lot is empty. Hotel is empty. Went on the site I booked and 6 Kings available. Called and asked front desk if my booked was available for tonight and she said yes. I asked why then I couldn’t be switched to the king I paid for earlier when I asked. She was rude and still refused. Canceled the new king booking and sucked it up. It’s cheap and before wasn’t too bad even with nothing working. Oh and now the elevators haven’t worked in months either. But the poor service is the last straw. Won’t stay there again.

The hotel has been undergoing renovation for many years. It has not been completed. The ceiling above the first floor by where the ice machine is leaking water. The ice machine did not work on the first floor. The room floors are sloped, many water marks on the ceilings. Need a structural engineer review for entire building.

The room needed attention. The bathtub and shower was horribly disgusting. There was still a water bottle in the refrigerator. I woke up to the sound of dripping water, which was coming from the air conditioner that was in the ceiling. Then, when I looked up, I saw how nasty the ceiling was. The vent hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. Overall, it’s a shame that the facility isn’t being maintained better.

The coffee pot in the room was dirty, had old coffee in the basket with mold! The light to the left of the bed did not work, found the plug electrical receptacle was shorted in the wall. A fire hazard! The bed was comfortable and hard, with soft pillows, should be hard pillows. This made you wake up with stiff neck. I took picture of everything. Pool advertisement open till 10:00pm and was closed at 9:35 pm checking in at waited 15 minutes or so nobody next at counter.

Absolutely terrible hotel!! Was in town for a funeral and had to leave before our stay was even finished. Hotel smelled like weed. Our beds only had sheets - no comforters. Lois music playing in the middle of the night. Will NEVER stay there and will tell everyone else the same. Ended up going to another nearby hotel instead that was safe and clean.

we didn't even stay the first night. Weed smell all over.mew hotel. The dead bolt on our door was shaved off. Was suppose to have been a king size bed had a two double size beds instead. Loud parties going on. Was in town for a funeral and had to him find another hotel that was safe and clean. NO way would we stay at this dump!!!

The original room i got was not ready and was told no more rooms left. I had called 6 hours ahead to make arrangements for late check in as i have been driving all day from canada. No comforter at all just some flat sheets on the bed. Stains on the sheets and the bathroom was filthy. The toilet was not cleaned or wiped down. The room smelled like smoke even though it said no smoke room. The hallway was filthy full of garbage and dust like it was never been vacuum before.
