Melia Hanoi

Amazing service!

The staff at Melia are so lovely and accommodating. They gave us a late check out and let us stay in the executive lounge till we were ready to leave. All the added extras as part of our stay were fantastic. Well located too. Highly recommend!! Would also recommend the executive upgrade ($40US p/p) - the extras are well worth it!!

Hanoi Genial Hotel

Great Service

The staff was very warm and attentive from the moment we walked through the hotel doors to the time we left. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was also great, and served by warm and genuine staff. I hope we can return soon.

Hanoi Legacy Hotel - Hang Bac

Great Central Location in Old Town Area

I was able to easily walk around the old town from my hotel, including the crazy bar district and the lake front areas. My room had a comfortable bed and a nice cushioned chair that i can relax in while in my room (in addition to the desk chair). Good, clean bathroom with great shower head. There were standard English news channels on TV. There was the included breakfast which i did not take advantage of because there were so many good and cheap food options on the street. Service desk was pleasant and there was a travel desk to help book tours (which i did not use). Overall, a pleasant experience with no problems or issues.
