The Artisan Lakeview Hotel

Loved this hotel- perfect for Hanoi

This hotel is in a perfect little pocket in the middle of the Old Quarter. Despite the hectic atmosphere on the surrounding streets, this is a quiet little street right off the main drag and right next to the lakeside. We found it easy to find our way back after getting lost in the streets and the staff was so friendly. Breakfast is great and there is a nice balcony view from the breakfast area to people watch. The room is very clean and the shower is great. The airport shuttle was incredibly convenient and the staff helped us with our trip booking for Halong Bay.

Melia Hanoi

Amazing service!

The staff at Melia are so lovely and accommodating. They gave us a late check out and let us stay in the executive lounge till we were ready to leave. All the added extras as part of our stay were fantastic. Well located too. Highly recommend!! Would also recommend the executive upgrade ($40US p/p) - the extras are well worth it!!
