Great hotel with fantastic service. We had breakfast in the top floor restaurant which has great views of the city and extensive menu options. There is also a lovely roof top bar. It’s really convenient for walking to restaurants, cafes, shops and sites. Close to the old quarter, lake, water puppet theatre (which was brilliant). A great base.

We would strongly recommend staying at this hotel!! My husband and I loved our time here. All of the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have anything you need and answer any questions you might have! Such great customer service including the airport transfer. Thank you to Sofia and Ken for making our transfer as smooth as possible as our flight was delayed multiple times. They communicated through WhatsApp and ensured our ride was waiting for us when we finally arrived at the airport in Hanoi. We were also offered a free room upgrade and they moved our bags for us while we explored the city. The hotel is in a great location in the old quarter within walking distance of attractions including train street. There is also a great free breakfast buffet with a menu you can order off to have your meal prepared by a chef if preferred. Thank you for the unbelievable customer service and for making our stay very memorable 🙏

All staff are very friendly and helpful! Sofia went out of way in helping us with special requests! They packed nice breakfast for us when we had to leave early for Haling Bay trip. The restaurant staff’s service was excellent and it has nice view of the Cathedral. The hotel is located right in the middle of old quarter and next to Cathedral. Perfect hotel and service. The service and the “ going the extra mile “ is a definite beyond this brand hotel. The GM Jack and staff are always on hand to provide exceptional hospitality.
