The staff here are extremely welcoming. On my arrival I was given a refreshing drink whilst waiting to check in which was great after many hours of travel. I was also given a map by one of the reception staff who also marked out places of interest. He also showed me where I could by a local sim card. My room was nice and clean with all the usual amenities. I also had breakfast included. There was a good range of hot and cold food including freshly made eggs and pho cooked on request. Hotel is in a great location in the old quarter, walking distance to popular attractions such as the puppet show, lake and train street. So far I have enjoyed my stay and will happily return.

The hotel is very well located and the old quarter is just a few minutes walk. The staff is so warm and helpful - truly exceptional hospitality. They went above and beyond for us multiple times, especially Da without whom our stay wouldn't have been half as easy. The rooms are clean and they accommodated all our dietary requirements during breakfast which we really appreciate!

Stayed here for two nights, from July 11 to 13th. I loved this place. From the moment I stepped in, I felt extremely welcome. Check in process was amazing and I was escorted up to my room all within 10 minutes of my arrival. Room was clean and amazing. The staff was amazing!!! Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended Royal Premium hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter. Lovely, well-appointed room with a seating area. Bed was unbelievably comfortable !! The hotel's location is excellent, easily accessible from the airport, within the Old District but not too close to all the noise. Walking distance from every good places to visit. Lots of good shops and restaurants around. It is surprisingly affordable with good amenities and the staff are extra helpful and courteous. Rooms are clean. The breakfast is superb. Highly recommended. It will be my hotel of choice when I come back to Hanoi.

The service at this hotel is really exceptional. The staff is very friendly, professional and attentive to detail. We had a beautiful spacious and quiet suite on the 5th floor overlooking the street. This hotel is right in the middle of the busy Old Quarter yet it feels like a clean and calm oasis. The buffet breakfast provided is generous with a good variety of choices.

The staff was excellent. Anna especially was very attentive and accommodating. She was helpful with recommendations and getting us from place to place. Even though her name tag said trainee, she did a wonderful job in her position. Anna was also a wonderful staff member and very helpful and kind. This, by far, was the nicest hotel we stayed in during our trip to Vietnam. The hotel was updated, the reception area was very nice, the room, although small, was fine for our stay and very clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices for all.

We've just completed a 5 night stay here and it's been a wonderful experience. ĐA especially was a delight to deal with, as were all the staff who are friendly, funny, engaging and very pleasant. Location wise you're in the middle of old quarter. Everything is within a few mins walk and even if you want to venture further out. It's easy to navigate. Breakfast selection was good with plenty of choice for all diets. Should we come back to Hanoi we'll stay here for sure. Its been great.

Superb hotel, the staff is lovely, smiling and they provide a service (there is a doorman who opens the door for you every time you go out), at the reception they are attentive and kind, making recommendations of what is around. If you want to leave your luggage to go one night on the bay of Along no problem, they give you a ticket and keep your luggage. We found the breakfast great (special mention for the bacon and eggs that we order at the minute and there are all kinds of eggs... poached, omelet... and we who love eggs, it is really very appreciable (the poached eggs have never been missed, runny heart) and fresh fruit. The hotel looks better in real life than in the photos. The rooms are ultra clean 10/10 we do not regret this hotel at all.

Great staff, good location. Do Not book Privare Transfer to Mu Cang Chai. Driver was ill prepared got a flat tire and dis not have a spare. This meant having to pay for a Hotel and mine and his food at MY COST. Due to Typhoon, ended up having to stay 2 nights, only 34 kms from my destination. Also had to pay for a motor taxi at MY COST from Hotel to Mu Cang Chai. I am expecting a reimbursement. Driver is to immature to be employed for Client Service.

It was the best stay in Hanoi so far! Location, cleanliness, breakfast, especially staff… Even though we booked one day before, I, who stayed already in 2 different places in Hanoi, can assure you the value-price ratio is unbelievably good. They made our stay so smooth. We had to arrive at 2 am in the morning and leave next day early in the morning but they welcomed us with a big smile and prepared our breakfast even before the breakfast time. Big shout out to the staff!! Additionally, Anna at the travel desk has really good english and helped us with planning our next visit in Pu Luong. We especially would like to thank to Anna for kindness and constant support.

We returned to this hotel after our cruise for another night because it's in a good location and the staff are all very welcoming. They greeted us with smiles and were genuinely interested in talking with us.

Airport transfer service reasonably priced and really helpful after a very long flight! Made our arrival stress free and had a very warm welcome. Reception really friendly, providing lots of reccomendations for things to do and places to eat. Bedroom was lovely with a good sized bathroom. Great central location in the old quarter - cannot reccomend staying here enough!
