Loved staying at Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel. The room was perfect, the breakfast excellent with so many many choices. Wonderful location. But one of the best things about this hotel is the friendliness and warmth of the staff. I need to mention the names of these wonderful people. Hotel Manager Jenny and her staff at reception Anna, Angela. And the housekeeping staff who look after and clean your room to a high quality every day. And in the morning the restaurant staff are so welcoming and helpful and look after whatever it is you want to order. And the hotel is near to Train Street which was one of the attractions we wanted to experience.

Our stay at the Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel was wonderful! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was delicious. The service was excellent — Angela, the receptionist was so kind and helpful. She arranged our airport transfers, assisted us with our luggage, and gave us great suggestions for things to do. The hotel is located right in the Old Quarter, very central and within walking distance of major tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants. It’s also in a convenient area where most tour companies can easily pick you up. If I ever return to Hanoi, I would definitely stay here again. We truly enjoyed our time and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!

Staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean but has a slight smell not to my liking but overall this is great place to stay in the old quarter. You can walk to a lot of places including train street. Visit the nail salon at the end of The street and try her Salt coffee when you get your nails done it’s sooo good.

All the staff were very cheerful and welcoming, which was a rare sight. Rooms lighting was great. Beds and bathroom were clean. Location is good within walking distance to the popular spots. One of the most friendly hotel staff I have ever encountered in all my travels over the years. From the Reception Desk to the Kitchen/Breakfast to the Housekeepers they all contributed to a wonderful stay. The breakfast options are wonderful and the staff in the restaurant so obliging and helpful and happy. Manager Jenny run a very happy and motivated operation. It shows in every aspect of the professionalism and good humour of all her staff. Reception Desk staff very helpful with any queries. The hotel is in a great location in the heart of Old Town. Highly recommend this hotel.
