The Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel is fantastic and in a great location. Nothing was too much trouble-they looked after our bags while we were in Halong bay and arranged airport transfers for us. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel is located centrally within walking distance of most things worth seeing in Hanoi. The service from the staff was probably the best we have had anywhere. Very helpful and professional, got early check in at 11am without even asking, gave us a map and explained the area and what to check out. Helped us book tours and every staff member seemed to know who you were, and they were all easy to talk too. Anyone looking at staying here won't be disappointed.

Couldn't imagine a better hotel. Prime location right next to Hoan Kiem lake. Anything you want to do within the old quarter is a short walk away. Rooms were incredibly clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. The breakfast buffet was top rate serving a mix of traditional Vietnamese food and western staples. Worth going there at least once. Finally, the service is the best I have ever received at a hotel. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive and caring. They really make this hotel special.

The Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel was wonderful in many ways, but the best thing about it is the staff. We were made to feel so welcome every day, and it felt like we were the only guests staying there. The hotel is in a great location and an easy walk to all the action. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was lovely. We would stay here again for sure.

From the time we arrived till when we had to leave, we were made very welcome. The service is very professional, and the staff are very nice and always greet you with a smile. Fabulous location in the heart of the old quarter. The service, attention to detail, understanding and preempting our needs as travelers was the best we have encountered. Our room was really clean, the bed exceptionally comfortable and the restaurant had great ambience and an excellent menu. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely friendly, accommodating and very good at their job. Our stay at the hotel was a highlight of our trip to Vietnam.

Highly recommended! My wife and I stayed for a total of eight nights at Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel with a gap for a trip to Halong Bay in between. It is a restful, charming oasis from the hustle and bustle of central Hanoi. The rooms are of a very high standard and breakfast is an ample buffet of Vietnamese and western food. Best of all, the staff are outstanding — hospitable, capable and keen to assist. It was a pleasure to stay there.
