All the staff were very cheerful and welcoming, which was a rare sight. Rooms lighting was great. Beds and bathroom were clean. Location is good within walking distance to the popular spots. Breakfast was delicious with a good spread of local and continental foods.. Highly recommended! Special mention to Anna and Angela who made us feel very warm and welcome!

One of the most friendly hotel staff I have ever encountered in all my travels over the years. From the Reception Desk to the Kitchen/Breakfast to the Housekeepers they all contributed to a wonderful stay. The breakfast options are wonderful and the staff in the restaurant so obliging and helpful and happy. Manager Jenny run a very happy and motivated operation. It shows in every aspect of the professionalism and good humour of all her staff. Reception Desk staff very helpful with any queries. The hotel is in a great location in the heart of Old Town. Highly recommend this hotel.

The whole experience is incredible with Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel . Everything seems to be excellent from the welcome snacks and drinks, the warm accommodation of the staff, the clean and cozy room, the breakfast food, the kind breakfast manager and crew, the accessibility of the location, and even the WiFi. My friends and I are so happy with the experience and the stay was worth its value. I highly recommend this place whenever you visit Hanoi.
