Great location, within walking distance to Hoan Kiem lake and night market. Room is clean and spacious. Bed is comfy. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We had the most amazing stay at Lotus Boutique Hotel Hanoi. From the moment we step through the doors of the hotel we felt welcome and comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. It was our first time in Hanoi and the staff was very helpful in regards to answering all of our thousands questions, helping with bookings and providing guidance about where to go and what we should visit during our stay. We had a less present experience at another hotel, and, thus, decided to stop by Lotus Boutique to see if it was possible to book a new room with them for the night. It surely was and they once again welcomed us with open arms. Everyone from the staff were very friendly and humble, but especially Angela stood out as exceptionally kind and helpful! Thank you! We can highly recommend staying at Lotus Boutique Hotel Hanoi!
