The beds are really comfortable, the room was clean and had everything we needed. Mia was extremely helpful during our stay. We only stayed one night so didn’t get to experience the breakfast, it was included in our stay which was nice

Staff were excellent and so was the food. Anne, Ruby, Grace, Harry and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. When we came back to the hotel after a night away, or bags were already in the new room and checked in, ready for us to get settled.

I really love the comfortable pillows! Location is perfect to explore the old and historical area of the city. The staffs were amazing and very helpful, they will literally do Magic to your requests. The breakfast buffet is excellent. i definitely will stay again in my next trip!

We found the location perfectly located in the old quarter and only 5-10 minutes walk from Train street. The buffet breakfast was included and there was a good variety of things to eat. The real gem of this hotel is the friendly and attentive Staff. On Tour and excursion duty was the lovely Mia. Celina, Cindy, Giang were always helpful, with great communication and personalities. Always on the hand to help with advice about trips and advice about the city. They did the hotel proud.

We had originally booked a room elsewhere but when we arrived our room was "unavailable". It was for the best because we ended up finding ourselves at Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel and we couldn't have been happier. The location is centrally located and the staff were welcoming and happy to help out in any way they could. They suggested a free walking tour and put us in touch with a couple of local students who took us out for half a day and showed us some of the sights. The room was very clean and was a nice size. Overall, it was a great stay.
