The staff and Jimmi are just amazing! Book tours from him. He gives the best discount and really great tours. Super helpful in everything. The personal attention from Jimmi was amazing. Room was clean. It's just great value for money. Never overcharges for anything. You can also order veg things in buffet on order.

The hotel is at an excellent location, very close to many tourist hot spots. It is very near to many good restaurants and massage shops. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are clean. I would recommend it to anyone who likes to stay in Hanoi for leisure.

Emplacement agréable à distance de marche des magasins, restaurants et du lac Hoan Kiêm dans le quartier ancien. M. Jimmi a été très gentil, amical et serviable pour organiser des excursions d'une journée et une croisière dans la baie d'Halong pour nous. It was the best decision to book this hotel. We were here for the first two nights of our Vietnam trip and the whole team was so nice and friendly! Especially Jimmy was our personal hero. He planned every trip for us and booked trains, busses and so on. Doesn’t matter which time, we could ask him and he helped us immediately. When we came back from the north after one week we had to spend half a day in Hanoi again and they were so kind to store our luggage, we got towels to take a shower and got a free breakfast. This was by far the best stay we had in Vietnam. Thank you all so much.

Jennie and his staff exceptional. 5 stayed and we are all definitely coming back to the hotel to stay again. They looked after us like family. Booked fabulous backstreet jeep tours. Got all the local knowledge of places to see and things to do. Don't book airport transfer or tours without speaking to Jennie on expedia.com. She saved us from getting ripped off. Fantastic decent people. The staff made our Vietnam trip. Sad to leave the hotel and staff.

C'était la meilleure décision de réserver cet hôtel. Nous y avons séjourné pour les deux premières nuits de notre voyage au Vietnam et toute l'équipe était tellement sympathique et accueillante ! Surtout Jimmy, qui a été notre héros personnel. Il a planifié tous nos déplacements et a réservé les trains, les bus, etc. Peu importe l'heure, nous pouvions lui demander et il nous aidait immédiatement. Quand nous sommes revenus du nord après une semaine, nous avons dû passer une demi-journée à Hanoï et ils ont été si gentils de garder nos bagages, de nous fournir des serviettes pour prendre une douche et de nous offrir un petit-déjeuner gratuit. C'était de loin le meilleur séjour que nous ayons eu au Vietnam. Merci beaucoup à vous tous.

J'ai eu une expérience merveilleuse pendant mon séjour ici. Le personnel était très serviable, amical et agréable, surtout Jimmy.
