A 4star boutique hotel located in the Old Quarter close to everything you want to see. Fantastic restaurants nearby particularly Met. Breakfast was locket consisting of fruits, sweets and some cooked meals varied each day. Eggs, omelettes French toast to order. A great start to the day. A particular highlight was Miss Jennie and the front of house staff. So friendly and welcoming, they became friends!! Jennie will organise anything for you. Wonderful day trips and cruises on Halong Bay. No to pre book she’ll arrange it all for you. We stayed here a week and will definitely come back!!

Un hôtel-boutique 4 étoiles situé dans le Vieux Quartier, proche de tout ce que vous voulez voir. Des restaurants fantastiques à proximité, en particulier Met. Le petit-déjeuner était composé de fruits, de douceurs et de quelques plats cuisinés variant chaque jour. Œufs, omelettes, pain perdu à la commande. Un excellent début de journée. Un point fort particulier était Miss Jennie et le personnel de la réception. Tellement amicaux et accueillants, ils sont devenus des amis !! Jennie pourra tout organiser pour vous. Merveilleuses excursions d'une journée et croisières dans la baie d'Halong. Pas besoin de réserver à l'avance, elle s'occupera de tout pour vous. Nous avons séjourné ici une semaine et nous y reviendrons certainement !!

I loved the staff. Of my two week stay at multiple hotels in both Vietnam and Thailand this was the most involved and helpful staff. As soon as I booked the staff contacted me on Whatsapp to let me know the tours they can help me book. I checked the price to book on my own and they were comparable. I got a call closer to the date and they let me know it would be better to change my tour days because a typhoon was coming soon. I'm grateful to stay at Royal Palace Hotel because they did a wonderful job informing us of all the weather news and things we should expect. The location is very close to many things without being in a loud area. Super easy to contact and very accommodating! I would recommend to my friends!

Tuve una experiencia excelente en este hotel. Para empezar, el personal fue muy amable, incluso escribieron preguntando a qué hora llegaría para tener la habitación lista para mí. También organizaron el transporte para que pudiera ir a mi próximo destino. Además de eso, la habitación estaba impecablemente limpia, la cama era cómoda y la ducha tenía una fuerte presión de agua. El aire acondicionado en la habitación siempre funcionaba y podía refrescarme de las altas temperaturas. Por último, el hotel está situado justo en el Casco Antiguo, así que puedes hacer todo a pie, lo cual es increíble para conocer esta zona de Hanoi. ¡Definitivamente me alojaré allí de nuevo y lo recomendaré a cualquiera!

Location is perfect with plenty around to do and eat. Ms Jennie was the back bone of our stay, we had booked for only three days however ended up staying for six. She also managed to book us on the best tours and arranged massages for the wife whenever she wanted one. The rest of the staff is also courteous and always willing to help. Location is fantastic, close to all main attractions including famous Hoan Kiêm Lake. Cenlina and the staff including Jimmi and Linh were very friendly and helpful. I had such a good experience at this hotel. To start, the staff was the kindest, they wrote asking what was the time I was arriving to have the room ready for me. They have also arranged the transport for me to go to my next destination. Besides that, the room was impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower had strong water pressure. The AC in the room was always working and I could refresh from the higher temperatures. Lastly, the hotel is located right at the Old Quarter, so you can do anything around there by foot, which is amazing to get to know this area of Hanoi. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone!
