Amazing stay at Hanoi Royal Palace hotel , most friendly staff ever! Jimmi, Celena and Linh are just amazing and so friendly. They're always there to help you with anything you need. Breakfast was just amazing and we could find many Indian restaurants nearby. Train street, lake and puppet show is at a walking distance. Really couldn't ask for more. Thanks Royal Palace hotel!!

The hotel is in a quiet street. The room was clean. The breakfast had limited options. Jimmi at the reception was very helpful. He booked our day tours to Halong Bay and Nin Binh. He also booked tickets to Sapa in the VIP coach.
