Everyone is very accommodating, even when we checked in late at night. They have also allowed us to stay and wait for our bus pick up when we went back for our luggages. They also have a comfort room in the lobby area, which you can use to prepare for your next trip. The rooms are also spacious, clean and well-lit. The location is also near the usual tourist attractions.

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, especially since I don’t usually eat much in the morning. The spread had just enough variety to keep me satisfied such as fresh bread, hot coffee, fruits, rice, and the usual favorites like bacon, sausage, and eggs. Simple, but it hit the spot. What really stood out though was the staff. I’ve been to many places, and I’ve learned that staff can be the ultimate dealbreaker and here, they were wonderful! Friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. The front desk in particular went above and beyond. That kind of thoughtfulness makes all the difference. The location was another win. You’re right in the middle of everything like the street markets, restaurants, and plenty of spots you can easily explore on foot. Convenience and hospitality all in one place that’s hard to beat.

The hotel was not as good as it appeared on the Expedia website. The room was very tired and a bit knackered and the bathroom was old and needed updating. As we have gold membership, it stated that we would get 20% off the food in the restaurant and at the spa.... the restaurant only served breakfast (which was limited and often ran out of food options) and there wasn't a spa on site. The staff were the only really good thing about the hotel. All of them were polite and friendly and really helpful. The Expedia write-up about this hotel was mis-leading. The location of this hotel was good; right in the heart of the Old Quarter. Overall though, we were disappointed with this hotel.
