The hotel is in a quiet street. The room was clean. The breakfast had limited options. Jimmi at the reception was very helpful. He booked our day tours to Halong Bay and Nin Binh. He also booked tickets to Sapa in the VIP coach.

The staff at this hotel is absolutely incredible. We had a blast in Hanoi. We left the hotel and realized that we left one of our bags behind . Jimmi our contact at the front desk immediately resolved our problem and he was in his day off. That is outstanding service and going above and beyond!!!! The hotel is conveniently located. Breakfast is included and it’s really good and beyond everything the staff is amazing. Jimmi you rock!!!

From start to finish everything was exceptional! The property is perfectly located in the Old Quarter… you can walk to any spot there is! The staff was amazing! Jimmi and Celena were amazing and helped us with everything! Whatever we needed they assisted us! Jimmi made sure we were comfortable and assisted us with laundry and getting rides! He also helped me with WhatsApp haha! Celena was great! We wanted to get massages and pedicures which are everywhere… but he walked us to the best one and made sure we were okay! There was also the sweetest young lady who seemed to do it all! I believe she mainly made our breakfast, but I’m sure she did more! Always a smile on her face! Gave us tips! Made the best chicken and beef pho!!!
