The staff was great! They sent texts checking to see if I needed anything and when I asked about restaurants in the area, they provided helpful information for me! I had my dog with me and didn't have to worry about anyone going into my room and letting him out when I was at the beach! The room was a little dated, but with the rate and location, it was perfect!

The staff was very friendly. The overall vibe of the hotel and area was good. The room was clean but…..my number one thing about a room is always the bed and this one was not comfortable at all, it was liking sleeping on a box. Second worst thing was the roaches, killed 2 during our 3 nights there plus one that got away. So we were a little worried about bringing them back home with us. Lastly, the rail on the balcony was broke from the wall on both sides which we did inform them of. Luckily we didn’t have kids with us so hopefully they get it fixed. The overall stay was not bad but the first two concerns would keep me from staying there again.

Family vacation. Felt safe. Great beach access. Free parking. Staff all friendly. For the money it was good. Room was clean but had a musty odor mixed with probably dog pee. Bathroom was clean but needed to resealed around tub and it looked like the ceiling had already been fixed from mold.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Property was pet friendly and very clean. Or view oveerloke the lazy river but we also had a nice vieew of the ocean. We visited the end of December which may be why it was quiet, but we will definitely return
