online said they had an outdoor hot tub and when I got there the staff said they did not have one. Also the key cards did not like to open doors even after being re programmed twice. went to get breakfast at 8am they were already out of cream cheese when i had asked staff where it was located. Good stay other than those few things.

It was a good time had a big room. Was mostly clean tried to make the pullout mattress work for the my daughter and was disgusted by the mattress so I just had her sleep on the couch which was fine. The pool was clean just a little cold for our liking. The breakfast was good. Was busy but had a hard time keeping up. The person running it tried to close it about 20 minutes early which kinda pushed everyone away. But overall a good place to stay

The staff was amazing there was a lady younger i dont know her name at the desk in the morning dark hair maybe a shift manger or manger not sure. She was amazing! She helped with everything suggestions of of things arou d town and help with everything to do with our stay. There was also a young man at night dark hair he was awesome as well! Then a black gentleman at breakfast he was so nice and helpful.

We always consider Holiday Inn Express to be a cut above the usual midgrade property, and this stay reinforced that opinion. The room was spacious and well maintained, with plenty of light and a very comfortable bed. The furniture was comfortable and well chosen, the bathroom bright, clean and well maintained. The shower was excellent. Our overall impression was that this property was well worth our time, and that we were very lucky to find it for the price we paid on our way home from the U.P.
