This was the worst hotel stay ever. First off they allowed my mom to check in under our reservation, when she had her own separate reservation. They gave her our room and it was awkward to tell them to move into their room after they had already unpacked. I paid for a king suite and the pictures that were shown in the booking did not match with what we got. We were supposed to have a separate bedroom from the livingroom, so our daughter could sleep in her own space and of course we didn't. My parents room had food glued to the walls that was not cleaned up. The staff DID NOT wear their masks. There were several occasions when the receptionist had no mask on, or the women serving breakfast in the morning. One of the breakfast servers didn't even bother putting on gloves while she was serving food. It was just disgusting, especially with COVID going on. You would hope they at least washed their hands. They seemed very understaffed and careless about their customer service. The receptionist was never at the desk during our 5 day stay. We always had to holler for them and hope someone would come to the desk. If you can find another place DO NOT stay here!!!
Enjoyed the front desk staff, very nice, Also, location was perfect.
Rooms were expensive over Labor Day weekend... we paid extra to upgrade to a King Suite, but it was basically just a studio with a pullout couch instead of a second bed. Breakfast was inedible and line was very slow due to COVID serving adjustments. Pullout bed had no bedding except for a urine-stained mattress pad, manager didn't seem overly concerned but maintenance man was fantastic in getting it sorted out quickly. Room was otherwise very clean but for $200/night, I would expect better all around.
Very clean Lots of amenities Didn’t interact or see staff but there wasn’t a need to
We had two reservations at this property, one for one night and one for four nights. When my men got there they were told there was only one reservation. We had to buy another room while the one we paid for sat vacant. No amount of conversation for the room in Kevin Macintyre's mattered to the desk clerk who sold us a room for Kevin Macintyre. I am done with Orbitz!!
One of the cleanest hotels I've witnessed. The breakfast stations were well stocked with quality products. A very inviting staff and facility. Room has ample furnishings including brand new linens for pull out sofa bed. Comfortably fit full family.
