Wanted to see the footy at CBUS and free transport just down road.Staff pleasant great indoorpool close to Broadbeach shops and Casino but at a fraction of the cost! Only downer was rubbish bin not emptied from previous guests!!
The hotel was nice and the staff was great. It is right next to Sea World, which had several exhibits and two good roller coasters. We didn’t spend all day there, but went a couple of hours two days. We also visited MovieWorld which was fun. Mostly roller coasters, but they also had a kid section. ...
My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights. Overall the hotel is nice and the staff is friendly, however I will not be visiting them again. If you have visible tattoos, you will not be allowed in their bar or restaurant, even if you are a guest of the hotel. Evidently, if you have tattoos, then you are considered a bikey, or biker as we would call it in the USA. This is a very strict policy, so I would caution any potential visitors that have tattoos, and would like to have a cocktail or bite to eat at the hotel.
Room key never worked had to change 8 times. Access to the executive lounge was impossible due to key never working and not being able to get to the floor. Balcony was missing furniture. Furniture was stained and breakfast was HORRIBLE
The room was pretty small, the bathroom was small too. Not very luxurious but clean and ok I hated paying extra 20 dollars for parking so I suppose not a good start
Hotel was like three or four star not five star. Price is average if compare to others
