The staff were amazing! We were greated with a beautiful bottle of red wine and chocolates on arrival. Staff were incredibly accomodating with requests. And parking was very convenient and always available. Walking to enjoy the restaurants of the nearby casino was an indulgence. Thank you for making ou stay so special!

The pool was busier than the Travis Scott mosh pit.. They try and scam you by not cleaning the room and we’re not apologetic when approached reception about it. Will not be returning.

I travel a lot and I stay at different star rating hotels and I’m blown away that these days high rating hotel services are at 1 star rating now. Service here was shocking , misinformation was given to us several times and for the money we paid the breakfast at McDonald menu had bigger range to chose from than this place. I’m very disappointed and please please do not waste your money going here if you are looking to at least get what you paid for as this hotel will NOT deliver that .

After paying for two days in full with my credit card the staff weren’t satisfied with that for whatever reason however they thought it was ok to leave me and my 10 year old son waiting from 3-4pm till 10:30/11pm due to the deposit amount being held up. The simple fact that I’d already spent $4300 on hotels in the same week should of been proof enough but I understand they had doubts fair enough but the smarter option would of been to charge me for the one day and take the 200 off the second day and should that be a drama at all

Room a bit squeezy, minimal wardrobe, 1-ply paper, no reading lamp, can't find light switches in the dark. Comfy enough, would do again if cheap but probably not. Recommend for small people.
