When we checked in we had to wait 10 minutes to be served at the reception. The room had broken biscuits on the floor from the previous people staying there. The shower has lots of hair and the floor overall was very dusty and not clean

The hotel is showing its age with most of the furnishing scratched or ripped and needs a refurbishment. Good food, excellent first class service and awesome gym. There was a wedding on, so unfortunately we were not allowed to use the pool and very dissappointing

Property was impressive to say the least. The Staff were very helpful and friendly and while we didn't use the dining facilities of an evening, the breakfast buffet was delicious and dining room service exceptional!
