While some people have written some negative reviews,I have to say that our stay was 5 stars in every respect. We stayed in Room 303. It looked like it had been freshly painted. The furniture also looked new and everything was very clean. I especially liked the addition of some herbal teas to the tea and coffee selection. There was undercover parking at no extra cost and the location was great. My friend and i stayed one night to see a show at the Casino,(just across the road) and it's a short, under 5 minutes walk to the Surf Club and main shopping centre. I will definitely be returning.

My husband and i, along with another couple stayed in the luxury 2 bedroom apartment for 1 night over the weekend. I must say, we were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. For the price (we paid AU$256 (or $128 per couple)) this hotel was a great choice. The 2 bedroom luxury apartment is freshly renovated and is huge! Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, great water pressure in the shower, fully equip kitchen along with free parking (for 2 cars) and free wifi. Check in was a breeze (done in about 3-5 minutes) and we were even allowed to check in early as our room was empty. It is in a perfect location, across the road from Casino, Pacific Fair and walking distance to all the restaurants in Broadbeach and of course the beach! And if you are heading to a footy game like we were, there is a bus stop right near the hotel. What else could you ask for for that price??? I honestly don't understand what people are expecting for the price this place charges to be able to give a bad review? We were all very happy with our stay and will definitely be staying here again when our footy team plays at Metricon Stadium again next season. Thanks for a good stay at a competitive price (compared to what other resorts are charging on the coast!).

We booked the apartment thru based on the premise of being able to see an Afl game and a Rugby League game. Location, fantastic, both busses for both games left from Broadbeach terminal, only a block away. The rest of the weekend, terrible. I have never experienced a genuine 1970’s apartment before, and this was one. Not a nice one, either. The carpet was of a strange, brown rubbery consistency, smelt old and musty, ..complimented also by the white-painted interior bricks. The 1970’s wooden slat Venetian blinds. ( never seen them before? Hi here!), were not strung properly, I had to unstrung one, just to let it drop all the way to the floor just to keep out the light while we watched television. Which thankfully wasn’t one where you had to stand up and change the dials. All the beds were 1970’s, the kitchen was 1980’s, and the service 1960’s. Internet was promised to be free. The internal room guide went at great lengths to explain how to rent the internet. said it was free. After calling the after hours contact (dial 9), and having explained the no connect internet, atheist phone hung up. After the second time of being hung up on, was rung, in NSW. Having explained the Situation, they also rang the hotel’s after hours number. I guess it wasn’t 9. They also, unbelievably, were hung up on as well. Eventually we reached an agreement where the internet would be paid for and reimbursed at a later stage. Being able to connect on Sunday, internet was achieved, at 1990’s speed. Unbelievable. I haven’t experienced such slow speeds since living in country Queensland in 1995 and the internet was new. We were charged over $355.00 for two nights. We have stayed in $80 hotels in the USA which had more amenities and ambience that this unit. I have also advised to recheck their recommendation regarding this unit. It’s unit #101,’ by the way. And you have no control over the unit offered to you. Basically stay away. Or stay home Or stay with a mate. But don’t stay here.

Well to start with , its in a Good Location and grounds are kept pretty well but its downhill from there. Sign to say Washing machine in apartment Out of Order Sign on Screen Door to lock it to prevent thieves( yet the apartment was completely open and unlocked when we arrived.) Sign on shower to turn cold water first Sign in kitchen to leave utensils and crockery clean , (ours had been left dirty by previous occupants) Oh and you have to sign a terms and conditions when you arrive. Is this a bad sign already? Ensuite door kept coming off the track , springs gone on Sofa in lounge (more comfy to sit on floor)Clock in kitchen didn`t work (decoration only I guess) Foxtel control was so worn you couldn`t read control details. Compendium was incorrect and out of date. Lastly but not least , sliding doors to balcony are good for anyone who needs a workout , after a few day I had muscles I didn`t have on arrival !!!! Noise is a problem but it is on the Highway but that doesn`t excuse the click clack of travel bags on the tiles byinconsiderate people who depart early in the morning Maybe there were better apartments to stay in but I won`t be back to find out !!

I checked in to my room just a few days ago to find that the door didn't lock properly and the screen door was torn. I decided since I was staying by myself that I would not stay there and I went for a walk to find another hotel.

The apartment was a great place to stay with friends. It was spacious and clean and a good price. The staff were friendly and helpful and the free parking was very convenient. It is close to shops, the beach and restaurants. It is walking distance to the casino. I would stay again.

If you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel to lay your head after shopping at Pacific Square and partying at DRACULAS, then this is a perfectly acceptable place to stay! Walking distance from both of the above, it made life very easy without worrying about transport arrangements. Clean and tidy it is a little dated but if you were like us only staying the night to shop and party it's the perfect price/value. Only downside was no free internet.

The apartment we stayed in had recently been upgraded to a very good standard. The only downside was it was quite noisy as there was no double glazing on the windows. Two of the beds were rated as comfortable and two were not so. Staff were pleasant and accommodating to our request for a late checkout.

We were here on a family holiday for my son's first birthday. The kids loved the area -restaurants, shopping centre, activities, theme parks. The rooms was good, spaced rooms. The lounge area was fine. Good trip overall. Thanks.

Can I start with hat I just didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the bed as I am a concerned about cleanliness. I was here with 3 colleagues for work and had 3 rooms on multiple floors. The good. The location and easy access to the surround areas. The staff were friendly and helpful. The 'it could be improved ' Parking. - I got parked in by the delivery van and after a 17 point turn managed to escape. Two of the rooms couldn't be secured / locked as the locks were broken. There was a constant flow of people walking on the verandas all night which had me concerned about what the rooms were being used for. The rooms were tidy but there was a stained carpet, food and sand in the couch, a strong smell of mould coming from the inbuilt clothes area and wear makes in the carpet in the bedroom. I simply wouldn't return.
