The hotel is very nice a cozy. Rooms are very spacious, well equipped and in good shape. All the rooms have vinyl record player and you can just ask for them in the front desk. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The location is great, right by all the restaurants and shops. From a traveler who's been in many hotels, this one is a sure bet. Overall, a great hotel

The quaintness of the room wore of with the 11.00pm wake up by a drunk outside. This was followed by the 04 23am wake up from people walking up and dragging bags up the metal frame stairs outside the room door. Absolute fail in supplying the key element in hiring a room. A good nights sleap.

The style and decorations of the the Pink Hotel were really cool. It's super close to the beach so great for walks. And it's super close to a heap of cafe's and restaurants. Over winter it's pretty quiet, which suited us well. Staff were super lovely and helpful!

The room was cute and clean. Originally booked but it was when cyclone Alfred hit in March. They would not give us a refund but moved the date so we had to use it up. That was the only issue all other places we stayed during this time refunded us if we were impacted regardless of how we booked cancellation or not. Our Flights had been cancelled the night we booked due to cyclone so we tried to cancel hotel but they would not refund.
