I had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel's atmosphere felt both relaxing and luxurious.

There were still room service plates outside our room from when we arrived till late that night. The ice machine barely worked to produce ice. The food in Terraces restaurant is supurb, but the poor staff performance lets it down. Apart from that, had a good stay

Room very dusty Room clean didn’t get done till 4pm daily, when we had to get ready for dinner Asked for plates first night, they never came lol Pool wasn’t opened till 11 daily Buffer breakfast was ok Seems like place was really understaffed, property fairly outdated.
