There was a delay of almost an hour in checking in as our room wasn't ready at 2pm. They did give us a room with 3 beds which was appreciated. The view was spectacular and couldn't be faulted. The room was pretty dated and had knocks to the paint, the sliding door to the balcony could have used some wd40 to slide easier and there was the top of a strawberry dried out and left on the floor. Bath was stained with something black, like someone had maybe let black hair dye sit after washing it out. Sheets were clean and felt amazing. Room service was great, prices very reasonable but some of the items were cold by the time they got to the room. Very disappointed that I couldn't get a cocktail delivered to my room though. Parking was an absolute nightmare though because it is shared with other businesses around the hotel and you have to walk a fair distance with luggage in the underground parking to get to the lobby of the hotel. Overall, the view is what we came for and the location is central to everything. It was so relaxing to get away and we had a great stay despite the couple of things I mentioned. We would come back for another stay

Everything is old , dirty and very dated. The pool area was closed most of the day, we were told we could use the pool at a nearby hotel. It was a great stay in the heart of everything surfer’s paradise has to offer. Staff were friendly and helpful. Was directed to use the pool at a nearby hotel as the pool area was undergoing construction. Our room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Overall it was a good stay and we will stay here again in the future should we come back to the Gold Coast
