The location is good. The not-so-good points are the bathroom, when taking a shower, water flows all the way to the bathroom door. The bed can be easily slid out, not fixed in place. The housekeeper doesn't refill the milk in the refrigerator when you need to call the staff, but the phone is next to the bed, but the cord is plugged into the device, not into the socket, which is at the work desk and doesn't work. There is no free water in the refrigerator, and there is a dead cockroach on the balcony.

Towels wont clean had stains on them, constantly had to call the front desk for new ones. Also the towles had a very bad smell on them. Clean them properly.
