The room was very noisy, and the lift was frequently out of order. The staff were not helpful, and we were charged extra for basic amenities, including toothbrushes. After checkout, I realised I had left my AirPods in the room and contacted housekeeping within 30 minutes; however, my calls were not answered and I received no response.

The room was fine but the tv kept turning on by itself in the early hours of the morning every day and waking me up. Plus the very loud constant construction on the room next door to my room woke me when trying to sleep during the day as I was woken the night before due to the tv turning on by itself. Then all the very very loud music from bars, the fireworks and sling shot ride just outside the hotel kept me awake constantly! Plus the pool was not available to use until 4 pm every day and I was not informed of this until one day before I flew out. I went for work and a break and came back worst then I did when I left. Not a good experience, I really wanted to have a relaxing break and was so exhausted when I came home. So sad I had this experience and paid for 6 nights too.

There was a mixup with our room but the staff handled it exceptionally well. The renovation is nice but there are some design floors which means the showers always flood. I wouldn’t bother with this hotel again except that the staff are so amazing.

From the minute we checked in we were welcomed with friendly faces & very helpful reception & cleaning staff. Room was beautiful & clean, bed was comfortable, views were amazing. We had everything we needed for an unforgettable stay.

The cleaning service was extremely poor. The bed sheets were not changed, and there was no hand soap or shampoo provided. There were also not enough towels for the number of guests staying in the room. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. There was visible dust, dirt, and hair on both the bedroom and bathroom floors. During our stay, the toilets, bath, and shower were not cleaned at all. The shower was particularly unsafe—my daughter slipped and fell because it was grimy and slippery. The air conditioning in the room did not work properly, and I later heard from other guests who were experiencing the same issue. The room looked nothing like the photos advertised at the time of booking. The pictures showed a sparkling clean room, but the actual condition on arrival was of much lower quality. Despite multiple complaints to management and having room service check the room, nothing improved.

Not the best, honestly good location but felt like hotel house keeping were slacking the entire time we were there. No one vaccummed our room, no one brought us towels when needed. No fresh bwd sheets, Aircon wasnt working, phone in room wasnt working.

Very slow check in and very hard to find a car park. Lifts were slow and place very noisy. Room was nice and spacious and shower great. Breakfast was packed and food very average. Great location. Housekeeping didn’t show up till after 4pm.
