The location is good. The not-so-good points are the bathroom, when taking a shower, water flows all the way to the bathroom door. The bed can be easily slid out, not fixed in place. The housekeeper doesn't refill the milk in the refrigerator when you need to call the staff, but the phone is next to the bed, but the cord is plugged into the device, not into the socket, which is at the work desk and doesn't work. There is no free water in the refrigerator, and there is a dead cockroach on the balcony.

the tables and chairs were dirty. tablets full of empty plates, cups, etc and no one cleaning them. You have to look for staff as you could not see anyone around. Limited selection, also the room were crowded.

Location great close to tram stop and a short walk to the beach.Check in staff very friendly and helpful.Room clean with comfortable bed.Well stocked with coffee,tea and milk.Water pressure good and plenty of hot water. Bathroom was a little small and dated but does not detect from experience.Breakfast options good.Would stay again.
