The location is excellent and the pool is nice. The apartment is nice, ok clean, like staying at someone's batch, but definitely not "luxury" - the table had stains and chips in it, the "steam room" had black marks on the ceiling, and the check in process (needing to pick a key up from a lock box in town, some distance from the property) did not work at all for a business traveler arriving after 7pm with late night calls to do. Also only TV is free to air with ads and no ability to screen mirror, no ability to store luggage and no ability to contact the host to find out where to leave the key or to ask about later check out - the number provided went to vmail and message said they would contact at 9am but plainly that did not apply to weekends. On balance not great value for the money paid and over-represented the quality of the accommodation.
