The room was clean, the views nice, the staff friendly and helpful, transport was close by, and the hotel was in easy walking distance of Cavill Ave. I have stayed her previously, and would do so again.

A perfect location to be close enough to everything but far enough away that you’re not in the hustle and bustle. A 10-15min walk to Cavill avenue was the perfect location for us. The staff were lovely, the amenities offered were fantastic and overall we had a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice location but very dirty Not as pictured. Staff were amazing allowing us to have a refund and we booked another more suitable property near by! Reading the reviews I think it’s time to refresh and ensure bed sheets etc are clean. Also cleaning behind beds etc, skirting boards are filthy and furniture very old!

The apartment was adequate and had everything we needed, albeit a bit outdated. We stayed at the Artique just over 3 years prior, and since then it has just seemed to have aged. We had a self contained unit which was fine, but there were a couple of things that made us think the cleanliness of the room could be improved, but it didn’t overly concern us. We loved having laundry amenities in our room, and we absolutely adore the location. It is on the cusp of surfers paradise, making the area quieter, is only a couple hundred metres from the beautiful Gold Coast beach front. It is also only a couple hundred metres from the tram line which makes getting anywhere from Broadbeach to Helensvale a breeze. We used the pool and the gym, and overall it was a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel was not too far and not too close to the main centre of surfers paradise. My family felt safe knowing not a lot of noise can be heard from the bottom floor. The only main down factor would be the elevator as you would click it to your floor but it would head up to the floor above me first
