It is advertised as a pet friendly but there was nothing on the website stating you must declare your pet or hidden fees for laundry services for your pet. Hidden fee per animal was $40- won’t stay here again!

I needed some where to stay for 3 weeks due to a commitment. I found this is a clean convenient budget motel Staff we very helpful and friendly.If you are looking for luxury do not go but if you are looking for clean comfort handy to beach and shopping outlets this is the best place Very family friendly

Don't bother

Concrete cell, bedding smelt strongly of wet dog. I threw it off overnight because of the smell, however the next day while i was out they threw the bedding back onto my unmade bed so it it was full of the dog smell AND all the dirt and rubbish off the floor. They don't bother making beds or changing sheets in the week i was there, so my bed was full of dirt for the rest of the stay. Wifi unuseable, power points inaccessible and the airconditioning is in the bathroom (noisy and ineffective). They obviously came into my room each day to snoop around and turn off lights etc. bed not made, towels not changed, toilet paper not replenished and rubbish not emptied once in a whole week. Staff were quite rude when i checked in as it was apparently around dinner time and she wasn't very happy with the interruption. My room was close to their house and their children start up pretty early in the morning, yelling and screaming. Very disappointing accommodation. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
