Stayed two nights, front staff were courteous, luggages handled properly, room was clean, internet was limited for a day eventhough the quota was not used, the breakfast was very good, and provided ready to go breakfast on a early checkout.

We stayed at Mantra Legends for 3 nights over the Australia Day Long weekend in the Ocean view studio on the 20th Floor, The room had a lovely view of the ocean and side view of the city. The room itself was great, although the bed was quite soft, in particular because they combined two single beds to form a king bed, one of the beds was more soft than the other bed. Overall, very happy with the accommodation. Staff was very nice and always willing to help where possible. The hotel itself is central and located close to the beach and Cavill mall- all within walking distance. Also walking distance to the tram which takes to you broach beach, airport, burleigh heads etc. Definitely recommend joining the mantra + membership, they are able to provide you with late check-in (12pm) and a few extras- complimentary chocolates, welcome drink vouchers and bottled water

Stayed for 2 nights over a weekend. The room was clean, had a small kitchenette and had a nice view of the ocean. Staff were friendly and pool area is nice. Parking is available beneath the hotel for $19 per night.

It was a very relaxing environment as I stayed for 4 days. When there was something I did not understand, I was very glad to respond quickly. The view from the room is also satisfactory. Thank you for helping me.

We stayed during January so paid a higher price for the room which was normal for that time of year. However on check in we were told we had to pay a bond which was similar to the room rate and that it would take 2 weeks after checkout to return to my account which I thought was totally absurd. We arrived late and the Asian lady who checked us in seemed nice but totally annoyed me when she left the desk 3 times to do whatever in the back office for a considerable amount of time each time apologising. No available parking at the time but for a higher price could park at a different location and walk back to the hotel for which I declined. When I got to my floor I then understood why we had to pay a bond as when I got out of the lift there was a large fan blowing smelly air on my face, some person had obviously flooded their room by leaving the bath running. Stayed 3 days and each day the fan was still there. A large mirror in the lift lobby on my floor also was covered in greasy hand prints the whole stay which was awful to see each day. In house movies were $18 to watch and should have been free. I actually caught a tram outside the hotel for $4 and went and saw the new Star Wars movie for $10 in Southport for cheaper. The only good thing I can comment on was the location and happy hour at the bar which was 30% of beverages which was great and plenty of options. Won’t be staying again unfortunately.

Very clean rooms , friendly staff and wonderful service! Would highly recommend , a great location to be in , very close to the city and clubs and heaps of food places are around in close proximity. Loved our stay!

Located at a strategic location, very near to the beach and Cavill Ave.The room facility are very complete with microwave, toaster, dishwasher, etc. Great view from the balcony and window. I enjoy the Breakfast so much.

My wife and I stayed here for a friends wedding the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good we had a very pleasant stay with no complaints. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay at a great price.

We enjoyed our stay the kids loved the pool. The hotel is close to the centre of Surfers Paradise and the Beach. We were disappointed that there was no on site parking available but the concierge service was very helpful. Also we were disappointed we couldn’t get into Fables for the Seafood Buffett dinner as it was booked out being a Saturday night.

Stayed here for 3 nights in a twin room. The room was old, dated and quite small, and also not clean. The bathroom was terrible, shower was a $10 Bunnings type, which was leaking when used. We complained to the staff but nothing was done. Would not recommend the twin room.
