The elevators were closed due to COVID19 and the stairwell smelled strange.

This is a really nice place to stay if you don't need to do business. The wifi signal is not reliable and it is hard to get much done while there. The staff wasn't much help in resolving the issue. It is a great location with easy access to 81. One note, the pool was closed because of COVID restrictions which was not noted on the page.

The person working the desk barely said a word, I had to ask her what she was doing since she seemed to be doing an awful lot of typing. She also didn’t mention to us that the elevators were closed due to Covid and we were standing waiting for it. The room smelled like cigarettes even though there’s no smoking in the hotel.

This is a conveniently located hotel and I have stayed here multiple times. The rates are great and generally it’s an excellent value. Very clean but could use a little updating in the bathrooms.

This facility is using Covid as an excuse to not provide services that other establishments still manage to handle. They have stopped using the elevator, excuse is Covid. So a guest has to haul all of their stuff up and down the stairs. They have stopped providing breakfast, excuse is Covid. Not even grab and go stuff. When I opened the door to my room, I was met with an awful smell, like something had died in there. Yuck. Finally, one of the speakers on my tv was going out, so I could only listen at a very low volume without getting that blown speaker rattle. I recommend going somewhere else to stay until they can get their act together.

Dated but clean. Comfortable beds. Only two towels in the room. Excellent value for the price. Same accommodations as properties $30-$50 more expensive. Would stay there again.

The room was not the worst I have ever stayed in, but was not thoroughly cleaned. Upon arrival there were some obvious things that were forgotten about in the cleaning process, and after my first night were still not addressed the following day. Also, the second day I did not have hot water in my shower.

So upon arrival, the initial room we got given had no heat. Tried to turn on the heater and it wouldn’t, so my husband bent down to check the cord. The cord was burnt like probably woulda started a fire if it did work. Anyhow, we switched to a different room. Walked in and it smelt like urine and mildew in that one. Carpet and bedding was “tacky” to the touch, like as though it was put on wet and cause the air conditioning was on it never dried. PRO: the bed was comfortable, if you like a stiffer style bed. The pool was “down for repairs”. PRO: there was plenty of parking in the parking lot. The included breakfast- burnt scrambled eggs (like burnt in the middle of the scramble and like rubber), boiled sausage links, over cooked oatmeal oats, very little of coffee made had to wait forever for a refill to the pot & was very nasty tasting. The worker looked like she was in her pjs and just a guest wearing her crocks at breakfast. Until we saw her looking for napkins after there was none for over a half hr out. No juice provided. PRO: the bagel was good, toaster worked well and fast.

The pool was closed apparently has been for months but that was not noted until you walked in to register. Floor in our bathroom grout was gone in places. Breakfast was not refilled there was little selection at 9:00am, no cereal, no waffles, no juices. Wyndham should either bring in up to standard or close it. I would not stay there again.

Very clean room and appreciate the fridge and microwave! Elevator, pool and hot tub were all out of service (our room was on the 3rd floor!) Breakfast was typical, waffles, very salty scrambled eggs, mushy oatmeal....but coffee was good!

The hotel is understaffed. The pool AND elevator were out of commission. Fairly certain it’s illegal to not have an operable elevator. My disabled mother had to struggle getting up the stairs. Breakfast was a joke. Breakfast is 7-10. We got there at 9:30 and there was NOTHING there. So instead of having the “free” breakfast, I had to got to the restaurant next door and spend more money when I’m already on a strict budget being a single father of 3. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property was clean and the staff was kind. I would recommend this hotel for it's price and comfort.

Convenient location right off 81 & reasonably priced. Room 224 bathroom & bed was extremely clean. Fridge & microwave was in great condition. Carpet stained &wallpaper was ugly

We do apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. Our hotel has hired many new employees, thus they are still training. As for the cigarette smell, we do try our best to keep it 100% smoke free, however some guests do not obey the policy. Again, we apologize and hope you can give us another opportunity in the future.

Actually Covid is not being used and an excuse....we have been mandated by Wyndham Hotels and Resorts to temporarily shut down the elevator, and not provide breakfast until further notice. Each brand has a different set of rules....we are only abiding by our parent company's rules. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.
