Came highly recommended someone I had met through work. The breakfast was by far the best part of the stay! Some of the staff was not happy faces. Asked a question about rewards program and got attitude and was given a number to call because she did know how to answer my question, “can I add my card to my 10 day stay?”…lol! Then there was a spill in elevator and I brought it to the front desk attention, again a bit of a attitude. The fire alarm went off in the middle of night and we had to evacuate for about an hour (had to be at work 8am, missed breakfast..lol), then of course in 10 days I got 2 days of room service! I setup every other day service at checkin, called down after 3rd day, got towels on 4th and 5th day, someone final showed on 6th day, came back on 9th day, I left on 10 day! You judge for yourself thou!

Absolutely one of the worst experiences ever. We had things that could not be used or didn’t work in our hotel room that we notified staff of and they did nothing about. We are additionally scheduled servicing on our room multiple times and yet they never came however, it was a hotel policy that you schedule it. I don’t know what you’re scheduling it for because no one shows up but still you have to waste your time on scheduling. we accidentally left a pair of shoes there. It is been a week and I still can’t get anybody to answer the phone in what they call their lost and found department which is actually their housekeeping department but whatever. It’s such poor service and acknowledgment of the customer to treat them as they treat their guests. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere! The entire staff gives 0 cares and will not attempt even in the slightest to rectify the situation.

Staff was friendly and helpful, but when we arrived there was hair on the carpet, around sink, and bed linens had spots on them. Our toilet needed to be serviced and it took over 8 hours for it to be fixed. When it was fixed, it wasn't even cleaned.

Front desk staff were wonderful. Room was clean and quiet. Biggest issue was the shower. I let the water run for a good bit and it almost got tepid. By the time I finished, the water was just starting to warm. I'd expect better.

Great breakfast nice room. Hot tub had so much chemicals that it turned my gold jewelry brown. Also happened to another lady. They didn’t do anything about it. Foaming on top. They claimed it was fine. Bleached out my bathing suit

Great pool are and and well maintained hot tub to relax at the end of your drive. Understaffed like all biz these days but they try and take care of everything.

Great stay.

The hotel has a lot of potential, however the room need to be cleaned. We had sink that must have not been cleen for weeks and the floors the same. Beautiful property, just need someone to take care of it. Pool also needs maintenance.

The room was dirty.

The staff was very customer friendly. Shuttle service was a Godsend! on-site restaurant had great food! Would have been nice to have Housekeeping come every day to tidy up, empty baskets and leave fresh towels
